Since the inception of the Abhidhamma Classes, many have come forward to express their interest in basic Buddhism which is taught in many viharas. Thanks to Brother TY Lee who offered to share his extensive knowledge in the subject and thus the first class started in February 2010. Thru words of mouth, many others got to learn about this wonderful teaching and as such a new class was formed in 23 July. A big Sadhu to Brother TY Lee, who is better known for his book "Just Be Good".

Buenas tardes, bueno mi preocupación y la preocupación de toda la zona del casco urbano de San Bartolo es que hasta ahora no nos ponen el agua y el desagüe, el presupuesto participativo, yo estoy participando del presupuesto participativo hace más o menos 4 años que estoy yendo a todas las asambleas.

Desde hace 3 años hemos pedido que nos pongan el agua y desagüe, nos dijeron en el 2012 primero va ser el desagüe y el próximo año el agua, entonces seguimos las reglas y hasta ahora no hay agua ni el desagüe, y ahora nos solicitan para el 2015 que hagamos otro pedido, que ya no sea agua ni desagüe porque eso está reservado.

Bueno, hemos pedido el asfaltado, pero hemos exigido que salga todo junto en este presupuesto 2015 con el nombre agua, desagüe y asfaltado, entonces nuestra preocupación, porque yo soy miembro del Comité del Consejo de vigilancia de este presupuesto participativo, somos 5 personas, yo exclusivamente estoy hablando ahorita del tema de agua y del desagüe, son un montón de pedidos por las 9 zonas que tiene San Bartolo, pero solo estoy hablando por el agua y el desagüe.

Nuestra preocupación ahorita es que hay una empresa que es CODESUR que va a hacer la desalinizadora del agua del mar, entonces queremos saber si esto está empatado con lo del presupuesto participativo, aunque yo conversé con el señor Guevara que ahorita es teniente alcalde, y me dijo que no, no nos preocupáramos que esto no tenía nada que ver, que CODESUR va a trabajar su tema y el presupuesto participativo es muy aparte.

Pero, tenemos siempre la duda ya que CODESUR va a romper veredas, pistas y también ahorita con el tema de seguridad vial que van a hacer pistas y veredas, entonces queremos saber si siempre van a hacer esto, el agua y desagüe que son lo primordial ya que son servicios básicos que venimos esperando más de 30 años, y solamente, creo que solamente es el caso urbano y a la zona de Grau a los únicos que nos falta, bueno.

Now she's wearing the top and skirt from the CAM Sea Monster, Ghouls Rule Draculaura's boots and her original jewellery (except for the "H" in her ear, which was originally in her backpack).
