Cascade Mountain is a mountain located in the Bow River Valley of Banff National Park, adjacent to the town of Banff. The mountain was named in 1858 by James Hector after the waterfall or cascade on the southern flanks of the peak. The mountain has also been called Stoney Chief, which is related to the name of the smaller neighbouring mountain Stoney Squaw, which is still in use. Cascade is the highest mountain adjacent to the townsite.

My friend Gara Heishi was blogging this same skin with a totally different approach and I could not help but steal a spanshot while she was doing her own shots..I like the result, she created an awsome look and needed to capture it ;)
I can't decide what I'm most excited about. My new Mon Tissu mesh sweater, my new mesh hair from Wasabi Pills, my new Gos boots (non-mesh, but no less awsome), or how pretty our sim looks all snowy!
The pose is new, too from Olive Juice. I've had the bag for awhile from Bitch. Jeans are an oldie but goodie from Zaara and the turtleneck is a must have basic from fri.day.

This a common scene in south east Alaska but catching it when the light hits it just right is awsome

Day 49 2015
I had to go to Bangor today (and yes i had a lovely time!) i stopped at a small village on the A5 called Llandygai as it has good views ot the Carneddau mountain range i didnt really bother with the mountains as the sky stole the show i spent an hour chatting about what a beautiful place i live in with a lovely couple who i met.
this took me about 400 shots before i got it, the lighting wasn't great but I sorted that out by changing my ISO to 1600 and using my flash. Usually my flash makes my pictures look horrible and grainy and fake. But I played around with it alot and I finally got the shot. Thanks for looking.
Out yesterday with Pauls Pix 53 and ianbartlett for a 12 mile circular walk from Hastings to Fairlight.
We sat on Hughie Pringle's awsome bench to watch the light dance across the water.
Ian found a stone, that gave more info about Hughie. He was just 3 years old when he died ... so very sad.

As much as i've tried posting a crappy shot yesterday, many reckon I still failed miserably lol! i will not accept defeat therefore i've dug further into my black hole (that sounds kinda rude btw! sorry haha!) & managed to find an even shittier shot than my last post! This has to be the ONE everyone! i'm truly proud of this crap! :D If this still doesn't make it to the top of your shitlist (& preferably Explore Frontpage LMAO!), I'm going to hdr my dog's poo but with a nice touch of sunset to feed your hungry appetite hahaha! Hope you will dislike this once again! :o))))))
