These glorious pictures all stem from the awesome mini trip I took to Broad Ripple Indiana last Saturday to see my buds Violet. We had such a blast, and so did out girls and boys! Yay!
An awkward situation, RPS on-line comp. thanks to my family this was the winning entry. They provided the model, the wheelchair and the location, virtually all I had to do was come up with the idea and press the shutter button!
I like to think of myself as a good dancer, but pictures like this make me think I should exchange "good" for "willing." In any case, I learned some new moves and made some people laugh.
First there was one..... then two..... then a flock of 5 long tailed tits visited our feeder. Jostling for position, they barely stay in position for more than a second. This one dived in, then seemed to end up in a very awkward position with his feet clutching the inner grid, and tail held up. Most stayed perched on the outer wires and reached in.
