This is either a disaster about to happen- or the beginning of a beautiful friendship!

The only picture from Matt's bachelor party that probably wouldn't get him in trouble.

Yeah, that's The Pole.

40/366 - I chose the Altoid tin for two reasons. #1: I sometimes have bad breath. I've always had bad teeth since I was little and for whatever reason, if I'm not constantly munching on a mint, my breath is less than fresh. Quite embarrassing... also embarrassing when I'm trying to talk and an Altoid comes flying out of my mouth.

#2 - I collect these tins to craft. I have all these awesome ideas for how to use them, but I have very little time to actually craft with them. Therefore, my craft room is almost overrun with these little tins just waiting to be upcycled into something darling. People always glance at the growing pile with a "we'd better call Hoarders soon before this gets worse" look on their faces.

As you might know if you’ve been following my Instagram feed, over the last few weeks I have been shooting quite a lot in Abu Dhabi, both corporate stuff as well as architectural images.

A couple of months ago I posted an image of the Abu Dhabi Financial Centre shot for a client of mine. It was more of an establishing photograph of the development and at the time I thought that was all that was needed. However, the client asked me if I could shoot some of the interior spaces as well so a few weeks ago I spent a day there coming up with a few images.

One of my favourites from the day is this image which is taken from the lobby of one of the buildings, looking up towards the beautiful glass ceiling. I did quite a bit of perspective correction on this one as it was a very awkward position to shoot from and I couldn’t line up everything in camera.

I was supposed to be cleaning out my closet. Instead I found these clothes, grabbed my mothers old glasses, and pulled out my camera.

Needless to say, my closet still hasn't been cleaned out.

Shot with Kodak Portra 400 film on my Nikon F801s. This film is really nice with a stunning vintage grain! Love it!
