Nothing says you love your beloved more than agreeing to be photographed in such cringe-worthy poses as this one in broad daylight on the steps of York Minster in full view of a bunch of tourists with cameras.

Tyra has taught me NOTHING. "Smile with your eyes"!! Before we head out for the photo shoot.

Miki and Shika Songbird, forced to pose together for a middle school yearbook photo. Clearly Shika is more excited about taking a photo "THITH ITH THO GREAT MIKI ^___^" than Miki, who no one understands as she's (obviously) an angsty teen vampire.

This is the photo that no sane parent would put in his or her wallet to flaunt their kids to others and probably demand for the school to sponsor a retake.

Shika sports her fangirl Rinoa/Squall necklace while thspitting on etheryone with her brathces and telling the school "VOTE 4 ME 4 PRES" hopelessly when not scolding others about giving out thpoilers (SPOILER ALERT) about her latest game of choice. At school, she wears an ID tag saying she's part of SeeD and her location on the forums she lurks (ff.net among others, where she participates in "FLAME WARS") as Balamb Garden. Shika probably posted this photo on the "Show us what you look like" thread on the forum she moderates most often and e-dated Piano Squall at a point.

Miki's face, an atlas of sticker piercings purchased from the grid's Hot Topic, scorns her sister for even coming near her, not to mention the thspitting that takes place when she is around her twin. Generally Shika encountering Miki results in Shika being stabbed with a safety pin that came out of some body part of Miki's. Miki spent much of middle school posting on her Livejournal name xxbeautifulmistake when not switching over to her alternate journals, exhausted of dealing with Livejournal e-drama on her main account for the day.

Both girls now fortunately refined and somewhat civil, twins Miki and Shika Songbird have come a long way since their awkward years but still hold onto this photo as a reminder of their previous phases, despite many attempts to burn the photo in the past.

I know it's been forever and I really need to get back into my photography. I haven't been doing much lately in general. It's just so discouraging with the camera I have and use. It's just a Canon A2200 powershot with a crack in the screen that's kinda bad and a lense that I always HAVE to constantly wipe and clean but it never really works(my cleaning that is). I know it's not about the camera really but the person taking the photo but a better camera always helps. :/ Its just so frustrating, especially when I look around(my town especially -.-) and see all these chicks who 'claim to be photographers because their parents can afford to buy them fancy expensive cameras' -.- It really irks me. I really hope to purchase my own camera sometime soon ! that's really nice but I am having an absolutely HORRENDOUS time finding a job. :// ughh. blah.
