Old time photographers didn't always pose people well. No wonder folks looked stiff and uncomfortable. This little girl was made to rest her arm on the chair --- because that was the standard pose --- even though the armrest was as high as her chin.

A misfit bear (among the ulgy buffalo crowd posted just prior). This guy looks every bit as uncomfortable. Cody, Wyoming.

It was so uncomfortable and awkward being here, but curiosity prevailed over our aversions. It felt like we were being watched when exploring this former home. There were eyes everywhere, monitoring all of our moves closely. Countless stuffed animals covered every wall and were in every room. Even mythical creatures were fabricated from dead animals. With letters lying on the table together with personal documents and family photos, it appeared as if the inhabitants could be back any moment. But no one lives here anymore...
