If the cat could talk, would it say "Hello" or is that the equivalent of flipping me the bird? What a contrast in interpretation... What a difference from a dog's usual greeting! Shot with a Sony NEX-5T.
Caroline (pig tails), Billy (bloody face), Lex (redhead) and Emilly (the one with the french braid)
Storytime:
-Caroline: This is so awkward.
-Billy: Nah, I'm kinda digging the eye pencil...and the fake blood.
-Caroline: Not that, I mean, you're in undies.
-Billy: Yeah😳😳
*Emilly and Lex enter the room*
-Lex: Come on, some of us need to be green.
-Emilly: And I'm pretty sure that I smudged one of my runes.
-Billy: [to Caroline] So... What's your costume?
-Caroline: Isn't that obvious?
-Billy: Would I be asking it if it were that obvious?
-Caroline: Would you still talk if I stabbed you with this pencil?
*Awkward silence*
-Caroline: [*Sigh*] Can you guys guess?
-Billy: Umm... College/normal/only-blue-and-red Harley Quinn?
-Emilly: That's a nice one.
-Lex: Oh, man.😑😑I thought she was that girl from NCIS.
-*Everyone: Yeeeah!!
-Caroline: Wha...No. Guys, I'm me. 🎵🎶B#tch I'm me🎵🎵🎶like in the Nicki Minaj's song...
*Awkward silence, again*.

That awkward moment when you recognize yourself at the other side of the hurdle.
Turtle dressed policeman and cow dressed dog find their similarities during a protest in La Paz, Bolivia.
Both seem to think "Oh shit!" at the same time

El incómodo momento cuando te reconoces en el que está al otro lado de la valla.

Ambos parecen exclamar "¡Mierda!" al mismo tiempo.
He was showing off in his finest breeding plumage and I didn't have the heart to tell him there was food stuck in his beak. Male Scarlet Tanager at Laffite's Cove, Galveston Island, Texas.
This Little Egret (Egretta garzetta) is hunting in the shallows half-jumping and half flying as it tracks schools of small fish. Wings are employed here for balance as feathers are splayed rather than smoothed down for flight. Some filamentous feathers trail over its back indicating breeding is still not over.
This image is a self portrait which is very educational. Why you ask? Is it my processing or is it my technique maybe? The reason why it's educational is because it shows you what horrible posing looks like :p I was using wifi and the Canon Camera Connect app to focus which does make it easier, but not as easy as having someone focus for you (or shooting someone else). I really like the way full body portraits look on the 85mm. I was going to attempt a brenizer self portrait, but it had been raining and I didn't feel like getting wet pants.
Blitzen (17 weeks old) playing in the yard. It's not the sharpest shots but I liked his awkward pose.

"So why do you want to visit Steamtown, a top-tier museum and National Park dedicated to American steam locomotive technology and history?"
Me: sweats nervously

The driver of 38216 swings out to make the left turn as the driver on the car on the left attempts to undertake him (no idea where he thought the bus was going to go!) as a car can be seen on the right going through the red light on Market Street into the path of the decker, the car driver confused by all the cones.
