Twilight/Dusk during the polar night, Rekvik, Kvaløya island, Troms county (Northern Norway). In this region the sun is hidden behind the horizon from from 28 November to 14 January (the picture was taken on the 3rd of January at 12.55AM).

Nothing in the world as ever I've seen. The archway into the Hoh Rainforest was like a portal to another world.
Another dawn view of Valencia's Arts and Sciences Park from my recent Spanish holiday.
I took this from the road bridge looking back down into the Park, to try and get a different angle on the "Eye" shaped Hemisferic building.
The dawn colours were fabulous and it was a great experience to be flitting around without any one around other than the odd jogger or individual making their way to start another days work somewhere.

Yellow Awakening ...yes it is a mistake but I could not bring myself to delete it ....it appears like a beautiful painting of a person trying to awake from a dream ...all because the kitty wanted the person holding the camera to pet them ...
