Rara Avis is a French restaurant in Delhi and it serves perhaps the best French food in Delhi.
A new one has been opened in Goa and if you are headed there,perhaps you ought to try it out. I have not.
The dish photographed here is Cordon Bleu paired with a young white wine the details of which at this time I am unable to recollect.

Didn't get to take any photos yesterday so I played with one from a few weeks ago. I tried a little something different from your typical long exposure landscpape by overlaying 2 different textures from Michelle Black.

La boscaiola
Nel sentiero dentro al bosco,
incontrai una giovinetta
al suo casolare poco discosto
lei andava in fretta in fretta
...... capelli e occhi neri
come carbone spento
l´a salutai e volentieri
si fermó con mé un momento
“debbo andar- mi disse-, ho premura
di cucinare per mezzogiorno
Nel pomeriggio, con la frescura,
andró a tagliar legname, come ogni giorno
detto questo ripartí
era curva per fatiche,
ma serena d`essere lí
tra le ........a lei amiche
da quel sentiero ancor passai
ma quella boscaiola non la rividi, mai
