Normally, these flowers do not bloom so late in the year ... The more I was happy about this bunch of flowers at the edge of the forest :-)

Normalerweise blühen diese Blumen nicht mehr so spät im Jahr ... Umso mehr habe ich mich über diesen Blumenstrauß am Waldrand gefreut :-)

Whether the two like each other? The two are firmly anchored on the edge of this highway. They'll have to get along with each other. I met the two on an autumn walk. They got my affection in any case ;-)

Ob die beiden sich mögen? Die beiden sind fest verankert am Rand dieser Landstraße. Da müssen sie wohl oder übel miteinander klarkommen. Ich traf die Beiden auf einem Herbstspaziergang. Meine Zuneigung haben sie auf jeden Fall ;-)

Unfortunately, the weather is not as nice as on the day of this shot – well the flower pots must be brought from the terrace in a frost-free room ... And so it will be probably nothing for tomorrow with the lazing on sunday afternoon ;-) This small wooded area stands in the middle of the fields and the two trees invite you to enter ...

Leider ist das Wetter nicht mehr so schön, wie an dem Tag der Aufnahme – so müssen wohl oder übel die Blumenkübel von der Terrasse in einen frostfreien Raum gebracht werden ... Und dann war es wohl für morgen nichts mit dem Faulenzen am Sonntagnachmittag ;-) Dieses kleine Wäldchen steht inmitten der Felder und die beiden Bäume laden zum Eintreten ein ...

And there it can still be bright quite strong ;-) A certain magic lives in these objects and this has a very special charm for me.

Und da kann es noch ganz schön kräftig leuchten ;-) Eine gewisse Magie wohnt diesen Objekten bei und diese übt für mich einen ganz besonderen Reiz aus.

The village of Botassart (Belgium) extends at the bottom of the wide valley in which the wonderful site of the 'Tombeau du Géant' is located. The French writer Victor Hugo was a great admirer of this part of the river Semois. In a beautifully wooded setting, the Semois flows slowly past a long meander that hugs a rocky hump. Legend has it that a giant Gaul was murdered by a Roman centurion. His body was found by an old man, who buried it on this hill with the help of young people. From that moment on the hill was given the name 'Grave of the Giant'.
We had a dry autumn, but then it rained and then the temperatures got up to 14 C, perfect conditions for mushrooms to grow.
