Atrium

The 3 chandeliers in the atrium represent 3 different areas of human knowledge. The one in the foreground is the natural world (bird, plants, etc); the one in the midground is manmade things (glasses, houses, people, etc); the one in the backgound is ethreal things (love, emotion, etc).

The figure hanging from the middle chandelier is the artist's self-portrait.

This was taken on my trip to Quebec City last spring. This is looking up the atrium of the old jail; which is now an art museum.

Okay, I realize this photo looks pretty weird. It's a panorama showing almost 180° top to bottom showing the full height of the atrium. The bottom (which is actually Deck 3 on the ship) is where the gangway entry is located.

May 15, 2019 - The first stop today was a tour of Frank Lloyd Wright's Unitarian Meeting House located at 900 University Bay Drive in Madison, Wisconsin.
