Pedestrian overpass in Lincoln

Placing large panels of glass on south edge of east atrium.

the atrium in the jin mao tower was gorgeous, extending for 30+ floors to the roof of the building in cool, lit, spiral-esque circles.

Panoramic shot of the museum atrium, looking east.

Taken by Steve Rosset, a former coworker of mine at Thomas Consultants. Steve and I travelled to numerous destinations around the world while at Thomas Consultants. Being a brilliant photographer, Steve took our fieldwork photos - some of which have been published in books and magazines. Atrium, designed by Alex Jacque, is a sturdy, linear, geometric sans-serif display typeface based off century-old pen art by W.E. Dennis.

Atrium’s stubbornly geometric letterforms are set off with a few softening flourishes on a few glyphs. It’s sharp corners, straight verticals and horizontals make Atrium pack some punch when used in headlines, pull quotes, and logotypes.

Atrium was released in 2012 in OpenType format and comes in three different weights: light, regular, and bold, with a regular and oblique version of each for a total of 6 styles in the family.

shopping mall

We took the train to Marne-la-Vallée and did some window shopping. This shopping mall is located near Disneyland.

It took a while for me to get used to the Kodak compared to my stolen Canon. This picture was taken by dad with his Sony on our second day in Paris. He's a fan of perspectives with a vanishing point.
