1954 hat die Akademie die ersten von Sep Ruf (1908–1982) entworfenen Gebäude bezogen, welche ursprünglich für 150 Studierende ausgerichtet waren. Die transparente Pavillonarchitektur vereint in gelungener Weise alle Ateliers, Werkstätten und zentrale Einrichtungen wie Bibliothek, Mensa und Verwaltung.
I love the shadow play going on late in the afternoon at The Atrium at Federation Square in Melbourne. I have photographed this location on many occasions and am constantly looking for new ways to capture it. I thought converting to black and white would give it a different perspective.

Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (IATA: TPE, ICAO: RCTP) is an international airport serving the capital city of Taiwan, Taipei, and the northern parts of the country. Located about 40 km from Taipei in Dayuan Township, Taoyuan County, Taiwan, the airport is Taiwan's largest airport. It is one of five Taiwanese airports with regular international flights, and is by far the busiest international air entry point amongst them. It is the main international hub for China Airlines and EVA Air.
The airport opened for commercial operations in 1979 and is an important regional trans-shipment center, passenger hub, and gateway for destinations in China and the rest of Asia. The airport was formerly known as Chiang Kai-shek International Airport (CKS International Airport) until the name was changed in 2006 to its current name.
Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport is one of two airports that serves Taipei and northern Taiwan; the other, Taipei Songshan Airport, is located within Taipei City limits and served Taipei as its international airport until 1979.
Songshan now mainly serves chartered flights, most of which are to and from mainland China (see cross-strait charter), domestic flights, and some international flights.
臺灣桃園國際機場（IATA代碼：TPE，ICAO代碼：RCTP；簡稱桃園機場、桃園國際機場）位於臺灣西北部的桃園縣大園鄉，為臺北的聯外國際機場、以及臺灣主要的國際客運出入吞吐地，也是臺灣本島最北端[4]與規模最大的民航機場。1979年2月26日啟用時的名稱為中正國際機場，2006年10月改為現名。管理及營運單位為桃園國際機場股份有限公司。其與臺北市區有高速公路相連，聯外捷運系統亦在興建中。
與臺北另一座聯外機場松山機場不同，桃園機場僅經營國際航線。由於世界各國與臺北之間的航線大部分在此起降，各國航空公司的航線及航點圖上經常將之標示為「臺北機場」。若以跨境的客運量計算，其客運量排名全球第15名。
Located inside the Axelborg building this atrium rises up through the floors to the domed roof. Completed in 1920, it was originally home to a bank and also has a paternoster lift, just visible on the next floor up.

The building for Saint Petersburg Central Post Office was erected in 1789. The large courtyard initially served as stables. In 1903 it was covered with skylight and become operating room.
