Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve - Ile aux Perroquets
The archipelago is made up of 36 small islands with rocky headlands which afford shelter to numerous aquatic birds. The islands’ origins are volcanic. The Solentiname Islands are a National Monument of Nicaragua.
One of the greatest joys of travelling along the Lofoten islands besides its absolutely breathtaking nature and topography must be the many many MANY tunnels that links some of them or which lead the E10 through insuperable mountains. It became one of my pleasures to be at the ready with my cameras and shoot while we were inside. Soo much fun, especially since most of the time you are all by yourself, not a single other car at sight and where else does one have that pleasure?! :)
