I came into the Apple store in Soho to shop, exchange a product and two hours later they where still trying to move all of this woman's information over to her new Macbook. Frustration.

Tried it with my nano. Great for any music without treble, but it lacks a ton on the upper end.

Ally at SoHo, as we looked for time to spend before I took the A back to a bus to Boston.
