Okay so yesterday i met up with my boys of Apache Chief, an up and coming rap group out of my town. You may notice the one on the left, he's in Greene Reveal (who i just took pictures of).

Anyways, for this shot i definitely nailed the looked i was going for, i'm super happy on how it turned out.

if enough people request it, maybe i'll post a before and after or something, let me know!

A not too common sight over Cwmbran, an Augusta Westland AH1 Apache Longbow attack helicopter. The bulbous radar above the rotors is the Longbow radar which enables the helicopter to hover behind cover whilst acquiring targets, exposing only the radar.

The Apache Longbow has been in service since 2005, replacing the Westland Lynx AH7 attack helicopter.

On the tips of the wing stubs are the tubes for the CRV7 (Canadian Rocket Vehicle 7) air to surface missiles. On the port stub is also either a drop fuel tank or some sort of munition. Protruding under the nose is a 30mm chain gun (cannon).

Impressive display by the crew of this Apache Helicopter at all sorts of angles, fairly pleased with this image that has some nice clarity despite being shot at low shutter speed.

You do the flying, I'll read the newspaper.

The Apache Drive-In in Globe AZ (Arizona) looked bleak in early May 2013 when I took this photo. Scattered speaker poles had two drive-in speakers mounted, some such as this had one speaker, and many had none left.

Stormtroopers in an apache helicopter. It just makes me smile.

These Apaches were doing CQs on the BHR (RIP) while we were off the coast in Korea. Some would perform the slide to the right and land with surprising ease. Some were very unhappy with having to land on a big metal slab moving at sea. I'm sure they were much happier when they were able to put down on the non-moving land.
