I wondered where she was going – what was her story? It does not matter that I never found out. This anonymous traveller made me think. A journey begins where the horizon meets the unknown. You carry only what you need and a world of possibilities in your mind.
“Anonymous” is a photography series that captures moments when faces are naturally out of sight. By focusing on gestures, posture, and body language, the series invites viewers to connect with the subjects on a deeper level. It explores themes of curiosity, identity, and shared human experience, reminding us that despite different life chapters, we share universal stories. The lack of visible faces encourages viewers to project their own experiences onto the images, revealing that identity can be just as powerfully expressed through what remains unseen.

She sits with only the open space as her companion. In the quiet, there's room for contemplation—perhaps of what’s been, what is, or what might yet be. The emptiness invites her to wander without moving, to find a sense of self within the boundless green.

The owner of the very special, cozy, dine-in grocery store/lunch-box-shop in my neighborhood really loved the little A5 size print of the portrait I snapped of him some time ago. He stuck it in a little plastic sleeve and proudly displayed it at the counter. And after all this time he still thanks me for it whenever I go in there, not to mention slipping me a freebie or two each visit. So, I decided to print up a larger image and frame it up for him. He seemed to really appreciate it. This is what it's all about for me, taking photos of the people in this neighborhood. No matter how shy they are.
I don't know what this flower is: it was in a rowing boat in Gravesend's Gordon Gardens; various other plants, some that possibly aren't there deliberately...very pretty, whatever it is, about the size of a 10p piece.

Active Assignment Weekly: Your World
I'm a member of Alcoholics Anonymous because I'm a recovering addict. It's suppose to be an anonymous program, but I don't mind sharing it with this group. I'm also entering interfaith seminary in September, so that explains the prayer beads and rosary. This is a microcosm of my life. This is SOOC.
