I love the animation - the characters are great.

Fram Grece + Thevillage

The Animation itself could have been miles better, mainly due to numerous technical errors that occurred during texturing - which was eventually fixed, the skinning process, and parts of the skeleton randomly disappearing.

Four seconds into the animation the lighting had disappeared as well during rendering, a problem that is probably going to be unfixed but is a minor inconvenience.

The second 'fault' is that due to the positioning of the weapons, a fair number of the frames after the 'holo-bots' grasped them, had to be manoeuvred into position manually. Another minor irritation, as it was as tedious to do as it was mind-numbing.

Ultimately I am happy with what i have done, but i feel and know that I could have done much better, and probably would have managed to refine many of the smaller issues in due time.

- Videoproduktion, Regie, Schnitt, Postproduction

- Programming (Macromedia Director, PHP)

- Installation

AUSGANGSLAGE

Here is my storyboard for my animation. A little rough and open to some alterations maybe, but still the basic idea of crossing B. A. with Superman..

What's research and so why do we all do it? For animation company Malaysia students, studies have an operating plus an intellectual purpose. It comes down to working out what you're attempting to do, by identifying the brief, considering artists whose work inspires you, studying round the subject - after which aiming what your personal creative goals are. In a nutshell, it comes down to defining the work, analysing it, considering it, and working on your own ideas.

Development and research for any largely practical project (like a video clip) has three primary stages:

Dollars Library - within the Gateway Building

Stage 1 - Research: Find out the work of other artists whose jobs are relevant and that you simply like and admire.

This will to begin with be carried out in the library, browsing books on animation company Malaysia and visual effects. You will find three primary sections within the library that Animation & VFX students may wish to access. They are:

006 Computing - 3rd floor

741 Comics - fourth floor

777-778 Animation and movie - fourth floor

Research may also be done online, at YouTube, or any other websites, trying to find films, videos - whatever work appears exciting, relevant or interesting. Try not to be lazy - begin within the library.

Stage 2 - Analysis: Identify what it's concerning the work you've selected that is especially good.

Could animation company Malaysia be the look, the design and style, the color, the editing, the background music? Important actually work? Break lower the important thing characteristics so that you can help make your own creative choices. Every artist whatever person resided stands around the shoulders of their predecessors - no one can make inside a vacuum.

Stage 3 - Development: Finally, begin to think of the style and visual styles of your project, applying the job you've already done.

What characteristics which projects will you incorporate to your own? What colour choices are you going to make, and why? What editing style would you favour? Considering this stuff will instantly make it all more powerful, since your choices could be more deliberate and fewer random.

How can we get began?

First look for a live action clip that you want. Then use world wide web (or any web site you can use to download footage from, say, YouTube) to download the recording. YouTube won't allow you to download their videos directly so you have to visit a 3rd party website to get this done.

Quick Time Pro - costs around $30

So you've the recording downloaded - ok now what?

Now you have to edit the recording right length. Trim it lower to size in appropriate animation company, for example Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, or Quick Time Pro, til you have edited it lower to simply the part that you would like. Reserve it like a .mov or .avi file. Maya appears to love .movs, mostly.

Now, open Maya

Open Maya, produce a new project, name it, and hang for your new project within the usual way. Now adopt these measures:

Copy the recording to your Movies folder inside your Maya project folder.

Within the Maya viewport, visit panels/orthographic/side

Now visit View/image plane/Import movie. The film file ought to be directly imported into Maya. Underneath the show menu switch on image planes so the image plane is seen inside your viewport. Press 6 in your keyboard so you're in texture mode.

Inside your perspective view, or perhaps your camera view, you must also switch on image planes underneath the show menu so the image plane is seen.

Import your character rig in to the shot, and you're prepared to animate. Begin by matching your animation company carefully towards the reference footage.

After you have something working reasonably well, you can begin to regulate the timing and also the spacing to produce a believable performance. The closer you keep to the reference, the greater accurate your animation company will probably be. But you might want to change a great deal to produce the performance that you would like.
