Here's a dynamic photo of a dynamic guy, Mr. Tom Gray, playing his beloved nylon stringed guitar, at the top of a dune at Zmudowski Dunes park. Tom was generally a better player than I was, and worked more in the Peter Paul and Mary, pure-er "Folkie" line.
Bob Dylan, Hot Tuna (ie Rev. Gary Davis), Neil Young and Al Stewart were all common points for us. He had the fearlessness that helps a lot when performing anything in public.

Niccy and I were doing a walkabout at Rif Fort in Curacao when we came across these stairs. Niccy went ahead and looked over the wall and I fired off a quick shot, not thinking too much about it.
On first glance I didn't think this was a much of anything shot but then I got a glimpse of the young lady's face on the left. To me, it looked like she was trying to show Niccy how to do that duck face thing that all the young girls seem to want to do in all their InstaTokGram pictures. You know the one, you've seen it countless times and thought to yourself that it looks quite silly countless times.
For me, the teacher in the shot is Niccy, showing the youngsters that you're better off showing the world your true self, you're not going to be young and silly your whole life and you'd better get used to the fact that one day wrinkles, sags, and bags are going to be your reality.
I took some artistic license with this, gave it some of that phone filter treatment that the kids today seem to use on every shot. Once again, taking the piss out of the younger generation!
For those in the Show Your EXIF group you should note that the actual lens used is a Tamron AF 18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 Di-II VC All-in-One Zoom for Canon APS-C Digital SLR. It's a well known issue and for some crazy reason it always shows up as a Canon TS-E 90mm f/2.8, a lens I've never owned or used!

This unit's tape drive was broken, due to the rubber drive wheel being reduced to a sticky gunk. He used solvent to clean the mess and fashioned a new drive wheel out of silicone hose/tubing.

Taken at a resteraunt in Mt. Home, Idaho. Not funny in and of itself. However, taken in context I found it very funny. This was not the only restroom in the place. The other, Men only. Maybe it's just me but that seems pretty silly.

There's a reason you can't hear anyone and it will be explained in a moment!
Once everyone is onboard the ship there's usually a sail away party on the pool deck to get people in a festive mood but today it just wasn't working.
What you need to remember is that the folks on the ship have just spent the day either on a tour of the countryside or wandering about in a strange country. They've been exposed to a lot of heat and humidity, something that they're not at all used to back home. It takes a moment (and some alcohol) to get people back in the ship party mode.
This fellow, part of the ship's entertainment crew, was trying to get people up to dance but they weren't having it. Take a look at my next shot and you'll see what I'm talking about!
Niccy and I just got back from a 2 week cruise down in the Caribbean, a trip that was supposed to be in the UK but thanks to the whole covid fiasco that was not meant to be. We were on the P&O Britannia and as we quickly found out we were the only Americans aboard! We had a good time, got to see some new ports and enjoyed the weather.
