Will you hold the line?

When every one of them is giving up or giving in,

Tell me in this house of mine?

Nothing ever comes without a consequence or cost,

Tell me will the stars align?

Will heaven step in? Will it save us from our sin? Will it?

'Cause this house of mine stands strong

That's the price you pay

Leave behind your heartache, cast away

Just another product of today

And you're standing on the edge, face up 'cause you're a

Natural

A beating heart of stone

You gotta be so cold

To make it in this world

Yeah, you're a natural

Living your life cutthroat

You gotta be so cold

Yeah, you're a natural

Deep inside me, I'm fading to black, I'm fading

Took an oath by the blood of my hand, won't break it

I can taste it, the end is upon us, I swear

Gonna make it

I'm gonna make it

I have the honour to invite you to the exhibition called "Feelings" curated by my dear friend Dido Haas at the amazing Nitroglobus Roof Gallery. This exhibit will stay for this month.

I tried to show on my works that an avatar is very natural and can show feelings as in Real Life.

Hope you enjoy it ❤ hugsss

The building look strange, your eyes are not playing tricks on you, because it is not a single building, Temple of Heaven 天坛 is the third building behind.

Once again I found myself up at Cowee Mountain Overlook along the Blue Ridge Parkway. I had intended to find a nice little spot somewhere in the mountains earlier, but as time drew short, the cloud levels continued to drop, I fell back into one of my favorite scenes. The clouds were rushing in and out of the valley, the humidity was making everyone uncomfortable... That's photography though, chasing light like a star struck groupie, fumbling the relationship more often than not... but sometimes, the stars align and you find some headway. [That may be the nicest way I have ever described chasing light.....] So, there I stood, having carefully, slowly setting up my equipment, prepping my exposure, watching the nearby photographers with their own array of gadgets and gizmos, and no doubt strong opinions on the same scene. Lots of laughter, lots of waiting... while I stood near my tripod, trigger in hand snapping shots every so often, tracking and waiting for these corpuscular rays to cut through the clouds in just the right way. Finally I had a few moments to grab the shot I was waiting on, just as a huge cloud came and filled the entire valley. That was it according to four of the photographers, no more light, the day was done 45 minutes till actual sunset, five before golden hour... But the rest of us stayed, perhaps not wishing to admit defeat, maybe convinced the light would return...

I can deal with hot, I can deal with cold... Humidity, and high winds though.... that's pure misery.

This hawk flew into a tree somewhat near me. I approached for shots, but it was nearly directly aligned with the sun; did the best I could for the backlight. It was chased into, then soon chased out of, that tree by a small flock of swallows. I'm pretty sure that this is a sharp-shinned hawk, based on its legs and tail tip... Correct me if I'm wrong!

"Know One"

Now it's clear they live without me

I'm not sure the stars align

They just fear that it's not easy

The stage is empty all the time

The world feels different when you're crazy

Make it work and sing the lines

And their ego fascinates me

We all pray to stay alive

I don't wanna fix it

I don't wanna fix it

I will never turn back time, no

I can't change the way they look at me, look at me

I won't show you what you'll never see, never see

In my eyes, in my eyes

They just let your heroes die

In my eyes, in my eyes

They just let your heroes die

Waste the life I dedicated

On the five I turn the page

I'm not so confident to argue

I won't miss you every day

I don't wanna fix it

I don't wanna fix it

I will never turn back time, no

I can't change the way they look at me, look at me

I won't show you what you'll never see, never see

In my eyes, in my eyes

It takes one to know one, right?

In my eyes, in my eyes

They just let your heroes die

I will never lie awake again

Dreaming I'm alone

I won't let the voices in my head

Drown the pain I've grown

I can't change the way they look at me, look at me

I won't show you what you'll never see, never see

In my eyes, in my eyes

They just let your heroes die

In my eyes, in my eyes

They just let your heroes die

I can't change the way they look at me, look at me

I won't show you what you'll never see, never see

In my eyes, in my eyes

They just let your heroes die

In my eyes, in my eyes

They just let your heroes die

Taken while in Dunks Bay, Ontario, which is perfectly aligned for the sunrise. This was the final morning visiting this area and I had been hoping all week to get out in the kayak for a sunrise. All previous mornings were overcast. As soon as I awoke on this morning I saw the beautiful light streaming into the room. I jumped up grabbed my camera. life jacket and headed out. Thanks goes out to my amazing wife who watched over our three little very busy ones.

Thanks for viewing!

"The Maryhill Stonehenge is a replica of England's Stonehenge located in Maryhill, Washington. It was commissioned in the early twentieth century by businessman Samuel Hill and dedicated on July 4, 1918, as a memorial to those who had died in World War I. The memorial was completed in 1929. It is constructed of concrete.

The altar stone is placed to be aligned with sunrise on the summer solstice. Hill, a Quaker, informed that the original Stonehenge had been used as a sacrificial site, therefore constructed the replica as a reminder that humanity is still being sacrificed to the god of war."
