We'd like to formally invite you to (continually) attend our upcoming sim-wide event, the Noel Express Advent Calendar. If you enjoyed our Trick or Treat hunt, we're sure you'll going to love this too.

Starts 1 December and runs through to Christmas. (Our Christmas winter wonderland sim is ready to welcome you early!)
Above you'll find our advent calendar schedule. Each creator on our sim is allocated two days in the advent calendar. During this time, you are urged to visit their main store on the Foxcity sim to grab their specially curated gift free.
If you do, however, miss their two-day window, you can still grab their gift, however it will no longer be in their store or for free.
For those who are late or missed out on a specific calendar day, the 'past' gifts will be moved under the shared Christmas tree. They will no longer be free but they will still be discounted all the way through to Christmas.
Follow our creators on Flickr (see tagged people) to be reminded when their advent gift lands in their store!

I'd like to clarify how the Noel Express Calendar at the Foxcity sim works ♥
We have 14 participating main stores, offering gifts every two days, all the way through to Christmas. We do *NOT* use an advent calendar script because our gifts *WILL* still be available after each day ends (past gifts will be moved under the big shared Christmas tree for a discounted price.)
All gifts are *NOT* available at the same time. Each store has two days between 1 - 24 December to offer their gift, then we move on to the next store and so on.
The calendar itself was made to help the customer follow which store is giving out their gift and when.The calendar does not dispense gifts. It is for your convenience only ♥
The gifts can be found in each allocated store during their allocated days. Look around, it could be under the tree or clearly marked as a gift :)

Der dritte Advent ist da, jetzt läuft er wirklich der Countdown auf Weihnachten. Los jetzt, es pressiert! Jetzt ist der Moment gekommen für die ein oder andere PANIKattacke. Jetzt werden letzte Listen erstellt mit Dingen und Aufgaben, die ganz DRINGEND noch SOFORT erledigt werden MÜSSEN! Jetzt wird klar, was alles noch fehlt, damit das Fest schön wird, nein, einmalig schön! Die Zeit rennt uns weg....
Ruhig bleiben, durchatmen! Es ist doch nur Weihnachten...
Ja, auch ich werde heute eine Liste machen mit den Dingen, die ich noch gern schaffen würde. Aber gaaanz entspannt.
Ich werde meine Weihnachtskarten zurecht legen und an die netten Menschen denken, für die sie bestimmt sind. Ich werde vielleicht endlich meine Lieblingsplätzchen backen. Und vielleicht nach einem Spaziergang den Kamin anfeuern, in die Flammen schauen und auf Fantasiereise gehen. An schöne Orte, die ich im letzten Jahr besucht habe so wie oben auf dem Bild zum Beispiel. Und in den nächsten Tagen arbeite ich meine Liste ab, sind ja noch 2 Wochen ;-)

Jetzt gerade kurz vor dem Fest wird noch aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht was das Putzzeug aushält, vielleicht für den anstehenden Weihnachtsbesuch oder einfach für sich selber, damit alles schön festlich ist. Ich freue mich aber auch schon auf die Tage danach, da wird bei mir ausgemistet und Luft und Platz für Neues gemacht in meinen Schränken, im ganzen Haus und vor allen Dingen auch im Kopf.
Zum Ende des Jahres gibt es den ein oder anderen Rückblick, was war gut, was ist richtig schief gelaufen?
Was hat sich angesammelt und was davon brauche ich wirklich?
Wo gilt es Ballast abzuwerfen um mit leichtem Gepäck ins neue Jahr zu starten?

Ach herrjehh....die Zeit rennt! Weihnachten steht vor der Tür und es ist noch nichts geputzt? Die Fenster sind blind und das Tafelsilber ist beschlagen? Das geht gar nicht. Hausputz steht an, da wird gesaugstaubt und gewienert was das Putzzeug hergibt.
Der Christbaumschmuck vom letzten Jahr ist zugestaubt, die Tischdecken für die Festtafel haben einen Rotweinfleck und sind eigentlich die Lichterketten in Ordnung? Was ziehe ich denn eigentlich an und bekomme ich noch einen Termin für den Friseur?
Fragen über Fragen....und soooo viel zu tun. Da hilft nur locker bleiben oder ein richtig gutes Zeitmanagement ;-)

I have finished this year's advent calendar, it's back on Tumblr and will start tomorrow 1 December.
It goes into the woods, there will be squirrels, badgers, birds and other animals. And there are photos as backgrounds, even though I wasn't very active here, my second year on Flickr had some influence :-)
On the frozen planet of X-M45, deep within the Septenpolus wilderness, lies the ancient Seed Vault.

This year's Advent calendar has also the theme: "Snowflakes Everywhere".
Christmas days will alternate with indoor and outdoor scenes. Sometimes you will see one doll, sometimes a couple or a dolls with a children.
On the each advent day will be some christmas activity, which dolls will be they do. Every day in christmas scene will be one snowflakes.

The Longbow is a dedicated artillery-support frame. Armed with a C3 railgun, concealed MT-TOW missiles, sensor array, and targeting laser, it can deliver heavy ordinance at range while providing precision-guidance for allies.

Wie schnell doch die Zeit vergeht.....nun steht Weihnachten tatsächlich vor der Tür! Alle 4 Kerzen brennen am Kranz und es sind nur noch wenige Türchen zu öffnen am diesjährigen Adventskalender. Höchste Zeit an diejenigen unter uns zu erinnern, die das Fest alleine verbringen.
Vielleicht hat es mich beruflich weit weg von der Familie verschlagen oder es sind nahe Angehörige verstorben, vielleicht gehöre ich zu den Berufsgruppen die gerade an Weihnachten arbeiten müssen wie Feuerwehr, Rettungskräfte, Pflegepersonal, oder ich habe mich von Partner oder Partnerin und damit auch von der Familie getrennt..... Weihnachten allein zu verbringen ist eine Aufgabe für mehr Menschen, als man gemeinhin denkt.
Weihnachten ist DAS Fest im Jahr, an das fast alle viel zu hohe Erwartungen haben. Das gilt allerdings genauso für Paare und Familien. Oft genug gibt es ja auch Streit an den Festtagen. Ja klar, der Stress bleibt dir erspart, wenn du nur für dich allein verantwortlich bist. Du kannst dich fragen: Was täte mir besonders gut? Du kannst dir etwas ganz Besonderes kochen, dich selber beschenken und einfach das tun, was dir gut tut und: denke nicht, dass alle anderen jetzt gerade total glücklich sind!! Es ist aber auch einen Versuch wert an andere Türen zu klopfen, wenn du es allein nicht aushältst!
Mein Denkanstoß zum 4. Advent :-)
