We were given this lovely present yesterday and I thought that it was to hang up. I opened it and all of the chocolates fell out, so I learned that no it was not to hang up. Als ich Kind war, war die Weihnachtszeit bei uns zu Hause auch immer eine Zeit der Märchen und Geschichten. Meine Oma hat uns Kindern immer gern vorgelesen aus ihrem Buch mit weihnachtlichen Geschichten und Bräuchen. Dazu gab es selbstgebackene Plätzchen und an kalten Tagen eine heiße Schokolade. Wir fanden das toll!

Eine Frage, die sich in der Zeit der Wünsche so kurz vor Weihnachten immer wieder stellt. Was brauchst du zum Glücklichsein, was macht dich glücklich?
Jeder hat eine andere Definition von Glück, das steht wohl fest. Manche brauchen Statussymbole oder reisen exklusiv um die Welt oder wünschen sich ein Designerteil, von dem ihr Glück abhängt, andere freuen sich über ein selbstgebasteltes Geschenk oder wünschen sich nichts mehr als Gesundheit oder den Weltfrieden....
Ich habe die Antwort für mich gefunden. Es sind die kleinen und einfachen Dinge, die mir persönlich wichtig sind und mir das Leben versüßen. Schöne Momente, die ich am liebsten fest halten möchte (was ich oft mit der Kamera versuche), Begegnungen mit Menschen, die mir wichtig sind und die ich nicht missen mag. Da geht mir das Herz auf.
Wie steht es mit euch? Und was steht auf eurem ganz persönlichen Glücks-Wunschzettel?
Ich kann mich gar nicht entscheiden....welches Türchen ist denn nur das richtige??
Ihr kennt das ganz bestimmt auch. Ein Grund, warum Weihnachten so stressig werden kann sind die vielen Entscheidungen, die ständig getroffen werden müssen und die Tatsache, dass man es jedem recht machen will, damit es harmonisch wird das Fest.
Wie feiere ich, wo und mit wem? Bleiben wir zu Hause oder fahren wir weg? Was schenke ich wem und schenken wir überhaupt? Werden die Wunschzettel brav abgehakt oder wird gewichtelt? Was wird gegessen, wer kocht es oder gehen wir essen? Diese Liste ist beliebig erweiterbar, denn kein Fest hat so viel Konfkliktpotential wie das Fest der Liebe und Harmonie!
Gibt es auch bei euch kritische Fragen, mit denen ihr Gefahr lauft, aus der Weihnachtsbahn geworfen zu werden?

Montagmorgen und es nieselt und alles scheint grau in grau zu sein...
Nach einem schönen stimmungsvollen Advents-Wochenende fällt mir sowohl das Aufstehen als auch die Fahrt zur Arbeit schwer. Wie gern würde ich heute etwas anderes tun. Lange frühstücken, bei Sonnenschein spazieren gehen, irgendetwas schönes basteln, nette Leute treffen... Ach gäbe es nicht unzählige Wege, um aus einem grauseligen Montag einen wunderschönen Tag zu machen?

Filling up the advent box, for our grandson, ready for tomorrow. I made the box last year and on Christmas day our little treasure brought it back to us with pasta shapes in each drawer. He was so pleased with himself.
