Milo has sore paws, possibly from running about on icy snow. He has a few little cuts, so I had the pleasant task of cleaning them, applying antiseptic cream and putting bandages on his poor little paws, while MrH held him still and tried to soothe him. Poor little mite has been looking pitiful all afternoon and is now snoozing in front of the oven, thoughtfully guarding our beef stifado.

Christmas on Mars! The last time I opened my Advent calendar this year, I found candy and Jelly Bellies, color fountains fireworks, iron-on rockets and some great headgear from outta space in it.

Thank you my beloved fox for all the joy you brought me every day with your wonderful gifts. I love you. Come on, we'll have Christmas on Mars now!
