Once a week I photograph the dogs going up for adoption at Winnipeg Animal Services. So many great dogs needing good homes. Please help if you can. Adopt - Foster - Volunteer
This small cat was rescued by animal protectors in the biggest environmental tragedy in Brazil (Mariana, Minas Gerais) and even though he was exposed to toxic material, he survived and was adopted.

After our first dog Tia died, and before we adopted Buba, we realised that we had far too few photos of her.
So the day Buba moved in, we decided to compete with the most photographed dog in the world, "Pecorino" (www.tonianzenberger.com/pages/pecorino-biografie.php). Ok, we don't travel around the world that much, but there are already some photos and there are more every day, as you can see here. Because now she is being photographed from 2 sides ;)
We adopted a cat yesterday. She came from a rescue organization and is four years old. Her name is Eila (eye-la), which neither of us particularly likes, so we are discussing other possibilities, but haven't settled on one yet.

C’est une petite pauvrette venue du Sud de l’Espagne...Elle a 11 mois et est encore toute maigrelette...
Quand j’ai vu sa petite frimousse chez 4 pattes sans frontières ...mon cœur a chaviré et je ne pensais plus,qu’à Elle...L’envie de sauver 1 autre petite vie ne m’a plus quittée . En 2 jours , la décision est prise : Dimanche ,direction Aix en Provence .... Et voilà, Lundi soir , elle était chez moi ,chez Elle...!
Très douce ,en demande d’Amour,de caresses d’attention. Hyper gentille . Quelque éducation à faire,mais déjà plein d’acquis...
Pour l’instant , tout se passe bien , mais les chats ne sont pas rassurés du tout et Lily ...un peu jalouse et perturbée...mais je veille...
Et voilà, je n’ai pu retenir mon cœur d’adopter cette petite...Et j’en suis heureuse ❤️
Je pense que je lui ai fait un beau cadeau de Noël...et à moi aussi...❤️❤️

Some dogs simply grab at your heartstrings a little harder. Wispy is one of those dogs. She is such a wonderful, happy character. She deserves the best!
