I hate fish. I do. That said, when you actually catch a fish, it's a completely different experience. Not only do you have to learn how to bait a hook (and learn what to bait it with so that the fish will actually want it), but you have to learn to be patient, learn to reel it in, learn to kill it peacefully, and learn to fillet that thing and grill it until you like it. Thus, learning how to catch a fish is only relevant if you actually want to learn how to cook it, which you certainly do. Which is why I chose this photo.
