The modified suction cup was put lower on this helmet than the visor bolt area. With it turned right side up, it does not film upside down. I can still flip it downward if I want to though.

Lots of options to consider. I may drill two holes for a U-bolt at the bottom of this cut piece, but I am not for sure.
Boys invited me for some #socialdistancing shuttle laps. Everyone drove up with their own vehicle and we kept 6 feet apart during shuttling, 2 guys in the cabin as far apart as possible and two guys in the tailgate and obviously we held our breath the entire way up. $2 HotDog was running smoothly from top to bottom. The name of the game was keep your ass behind your bike and hold on the entire way down 😁.

Went out to Gillard to continue on a skinny that I started I few weeks back. I was clearing trails when I saw this fallen tree perfectly situated along side a trail bend which would have made an awesome 200m alternative and would join back into the trail. Was gonna make a skinny, to a seesaw to a skinny feature. Sadly someone wasn’t too happy with the idea because when I got there my work was all cut up. I had my bike with me too so instead I went to see if my balls have had any growth and sure enough I managed to check off two new big ( to me ) features ( the slow-mo parts of the video ). Only problem with checking off scary features is that it moves features that were on the “impossible” ; “not in my lifetime” or “you’re too old for this shit” list to the “possible” ; “you got this” list 🙈.

We went weekend tent camping at Indian Boundary Campground in Tellico Plain, Tennessee. Left our house around Noon and arrived at the campground around 4pm (made a few stops along the way; Arby's, Food City, Walmart and Cherohala Skyway Visitor's Center ). We did get some on and off rain late Friday evening and through out Saturday. It cleared up on Sunday before we left to head home. We got lunch at Iron Works Grille and stopped at the Charles Hall Museum & Gift shop before driving home.

My 365 is supposed to be about learning the new camera.
Today as we were out skating I thought it would be a nice opportunity to test out the AI Servo mode of the 6D. It's not an actioncamera but sometimes you want to shoot some action anyway..
Used only the center AF point and tried to have it on his chest as he was coming towards me while zooming out to try to keep him from filling the frame completely.
Shot a burst and this one turned out the best I think.
Fighting hedgehogs (Who is the idiot that placed the other camera?). Yes you can place the cameras too close, but at least got this filmed. Hyvinkää, Finland. 14.7.2017
I'll use this as a pattern for making my mount that loops over the ear piece of an old pair of glasses. It will work as a camera mount on them.

Monday morning I drove the Honda with bike-on-board to Royal Bay.
I was here last Thursday but today with my bike in tow.
It was too windy to put the drone up but it was in my carrier.
Using the Vital Action Video Camera ($99CND) was a good idea.
It's as good as my 12yr-old GoPro except for battery life.
It was nice to be back in the area and the whole place can be covered in 15-minutes on a bike.

I brought my bike along for the horseback riding so right after we were done, the girls shuttled me up for round two at Stewart Creek. I wanted to see what “Boris” & “Wheelchair” was all about. You can see Boris in the video and sadly it hasn’t seeing a lot of traffic, very overgrown in areas and a couple of trees down along the way. After I was done I opted to just go back and get my revenge on “There’s Willies” & “Spooner” instead of “Wheelchair”. But the girls were hot and starving so we changed plans and I was gonna go for a sunset ride later on. Unfortunately a thunderstorm materialized out of thin air later on and I wasn’t gonna make the same mistake twice. So that was it for Christina Lake riding.
