I've been experimenting with portions (and I had pizza on Sunday), so a gain of only one pound is good!
I'm still doing a brisk walk three times a week. We had a great hike this weekend. I have not gotten any other exercise in - I just can't find the right at-home 'program' for me.

Red Hill Fuel Storage: DOD's Contract Approaches and Oversight before and after the 2021 Fuel Leaks
Note: At the time of the 2021 fuel leaks, DLA served as the executive agent for bulk petroleum. The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 included a provision establishing that the U.S. Transportation Command would be the element responsible for DOD's global bulk fuel management and delivery. See Pub. L. No. 117-81, § 352(a)(1)(2021) (codified at 10 U.S.C. § 2927).
DLA became the integrated material manager for bulk petroleum and is responsible for coordinating the planning, purchasing, and storage of the fuel.
Accountable Care Organizations also known as ACOS provide coordinated care and chronic disease management while lowering costs. Oxlo Healthcare Insurance Solutions delivers performance management solutions across the healthcare system.

um. yeah. I'm making pudding.
I was afraid to step on the scale for AW this week, but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm actually now at –9 pounds total (again), but I need to get back on track and refocused. I'm working out regularly--weights and cardio--and now I need to return to a lower-calorie diet. Maybe after the pudding is gone.
The 6th Annual Devolution Conference held under the theme “Deliver. Transform. Measure.: Remaining Accountable” organized by the Council of Governors in collaboration with other stakeholders’ including National Government Ministries, Agencies and Departments, Development Partners, Non-Governmental organizations and the Private Sector.
Prior to the 5th ADC, Devolution Conferences were held to discuss general/global successes, challenges and solutions in the implementation of the devolved structure in the Country. The Steering committee of the 5th ADC decided to change the conference modality and use a sector-based approach while at the same time retain the general/global perspective structure. These resulted to adoption of a four (4) sector breakaway sessions mirroring the Presidents Big Four (4) agenda together with a general cross cutting discussion in the conference.
