Premium Spanish Obsello absinthe and traditionally prepared glass of louched absinthe. Naturally green in color, made with 9 Spanish herbs and wormwood. The beverage has a slightly sweet and floral aftertaste.
Preparing Absinthe using a 1:3 ratio with ice cold water and without sugar.
We chilled water with ice and then slowly dripped the water into the Absinthe. Allowing time for the chemical change to occur slowly.
Here at J.M. Smythe Absinthe Co., we take pride in our product. “Experimentation is the key to the perfect taste!”
