Danny decoupaged an ATM in marbled paper(ebru art). The ATM is Located on the corner of Alberta St. and N.15th St. in Portland, Oregon. Danny designed the installation to be a mosaic gradient made from over 260 individual pieces of original handmade marbled paper.
I stopped by a gas station on the way to work the other day and spotted one of those little enclosed ATM huts in the parking lot that had been broken and vandalized.
I don't know if the ATM was removed before, during, or after the vandalism.. but the place was completely gutted.

This status display is mounted behind the front cover of the ATM and usually not visible to the customer. This type of ATM normally has a row of three green LEDs above the main display and the center LED looks strangely flat. What you see is actually a reflection of a LED provided by a two-way-mirror, on the dark side of which sits a CCD camera that captures images during PIN entry and cash withdrawal. Anyway, this CCD unit was missing and through a hole I could catch a glimpse at the status display:

AZM-Encryption not configured. Notify Technical Service!
"CDM" stands for Cash Dispensing Module, "AZM" is the abbreviation of the same word in German (Auszahlungsmodul). It is unclear if this refers to a malfunction of the encrypting PIN pad (EPP) or just some ancillary module.
The ATM worked just fine, by the way ...

l'altro giorno ero su un tram e per passare il tempo, visto che non avevo mail in casella :) mi sono letto il regolamento atm, ci sono alcune voci particolari...

NORME DI COMPORTAMENTO PER I PASSEGGERI DEI MEZZI DI PUBBLICO TRASPORTO
Ai passeggeri delle vetture tranviarie, dei filobus, degli autobus e della metropolitana è
vietato:
f) occupare più di un posto, ingombrare i passaggi, farsi scivolare lungo il corrimano o usare le scale mobili in direzione diversa dal senso di marcia;
h) sputare all'interno delle vetture o sulle piattaforme;
j) portare in vettura, o comunque all’interno delle barriere costituite da tornelli o cancelletti, fucili carichi, materiali infiammabili, acidi corrosivi, oggetti che presentino spigoli taglienti o appuntiti o che possano sporcare i passaggi o che, per qualsiasi altra ragione, possano risultare molesti, ingombranti e pericolosi;
k) salire in vettura oppure oltrepassare le barriere di accesso alle stazioni metropolitane, trovandosi in stato di ubriachezza;
NORME AZIENDALI PER IL TRASPORTO DEGLI ANIMALI
1. CANI
a) tutti i cani devono essere muniti di museruola ed essere tenuti al guinzaglio. Per ogni cane dovrà essere acquistato un biglietto alla tariffa in vigore;
2. GATTI
I gatti sono ammessi al trasporto, previo pagamento di un biglietto a tariffa ordinaria urbana o della tratta interurbana interessata, alle seguenti condizioni:
Qualora nella vettura o nelle stazioni della metropolitana fosse contemporaneamente presente anche un cane, in cui si evidenziasse incompatibilità di coabitazione fra le specie, il possessore del gatto deve essere invitato a occupare un altro posto, a cambiare vettura, al limite abbandonare il mezzo di trasporto o la stazione. Ogni passeggero può trasportare al massimo una gabbietta o un contenitore contenente un gatto.
3. UCCELLI
Gli uccelli sono ammessi al trasporto previo pagamento di un biglietto a tariffa ordinaria urbana o della tratta interurbana interessata, per ogni gabbietta o contenitore se:
c) la gabbietta o il contenitore non sono sudici o esalanti cattivi odori e sono privi di becchime e abbeveratoi colmi.
4. PESCI O PULCINI
I pesciolini o i pulcini sono ammessi al trasporto gratuito con un massimo di due per passeggero se:
c) i contenitori non sono sudici o esalanti cattivi odori.
I passeggeri che accompagnano animali sono tenuti al risarcimento di eventuali danni provocati alla vettura e a cose o a passeggeri.

2. COLLI A MANO DI CUI È CONCESSO IL TRASPORTO GRATUITO
d) fucile da caccia, purché scarico, in custodia e portato appeso alla spalla da persona munita di regolare licenza di caccia;
