On Tuesday, October 26, 2010, Mississippi State University Libraries hosted a reception for Kosciusko, MS, artist Reba Goss. Friends and family members visited with Mrs. Goss and viewed 14 of her works in Mitchell Memorial Library's John Grisham Room.

Day 8 of our South American tour; Buenos Aires. Tour with Pablo Biscaro looking for street art. We were fortunate to meet Marino Santa Maria and view the current work in his studio and make a portrait of the artist. The photograph in Santa Maria's mouth is the basis for the tile mosaic being assembled in his studio.

Oracle - mixed media, 14.5 " X 41 ". I have done a series of work using old posters and fruit crate labels. This piece is an old french game board. I have a love of the old chromolithographic printing style. I embellish each piece with swarovski crystals and hand drawing. This piece is framed in a "tramp art" frame from the same era, circa 1910. I am still working on this piece and it will be completed by the hanging date for the show. I have a show of the fruit crate labels and posters at the Butcher and The Baker through February. Baker City Artist Studio Tour
Artists at work during the annual Baker Artists Studio Tour. Up to a dozen artists open their studio doors to public each year for this annual event to let the public se the creative process at work.
The Open Studio Tour is one of numerous events celebrating the arts throughout Baker County including an extensive First Friday Artwalk, during which restaurants and retailers throughout the downtown host live music and entertainment on the first Friday of each month.
