DUTDUTAN ‘11, the country’s biggest, grandest and most-anticipated tattoo expo. Held last August 26 and 27, 2011 at the World Trade Center, Hall B & C. Sponsored by Tribal Gear Philippines. Highlights were, Tattoo contest, Hot Bikini contest, Performances from bands such as Sinosikat, Valley of Chrome, General Luna, Tanya Markova, Franco, Chicosci, Kamikazee, The Dawn and many more.
Looking forward next year. Rock on!
She wasn't satisfied with her work but it turned out to be my favorite egg of the bunch. That happens with my photos, too. I'm always surprised at the photos people seem to like.

The program was initiated in 2007 by Ward 1 Councilmember Jim Graham.

Project Description: This 3-story exterior mural was designed with the children of the Marie Reed Center in mind. Their playground lies directly across the street from the site, . The piece is a visual game composed of a selection of DC’s (not so) hidden treasures of nature, music, fashion and the city’s many cultural flavor centers. Test your knowledge - how many items you can identify?

The artists put in a seed of a flower to irritate the eye to give off the red color. To do that to yourselves for the sake of art is just unbelievable. The makeup takes three hours to put on and the very heavy stuffy costume takes another hour.

This is a shot I've been wanting to create for some time, but like most things a lot depends on being in the right place at the right time
The young woman creating this water colour was quite engrossed in what she was doing, but I introduced myself and asked if she's mind if I shot her whilst she worked ... not a problem ;-)
As soon as I started shooting, I knew it was going to be a B&W image :-)
