Painted over with black as part of the concept, as all Street art should have a shelf life, new until the next new comes along, or a change of ownership painting over the work, as soon as Street art is protected it is no longer Street art, as soon as Street art has a value it is no longer Street art, did certain Street artists sell their soul to Lucifer, sell out for money, or was it sold out from Day one, Did Lucifer use moral as bait to lure in the dreamers?

Although this building is in the Art Deco style of the 1920's it was actually built much later after the previous city hall burned down.
