"My bike wheels spin me 'round, 'round
Like a rider baby, 'round, 'round, right 'round!" ;)
This idea for a self portrait for bike month, along with the silly lyrics (I do like the original version by Dead or Alive!), popped into my head this morning on the way into work.
So this is what I came up to, after several tries (I was getting dizzy!), after work today.

This Ballard Design chalk board has a load of character with the hand designed chalk art. The train clock compliments the look.
This is for an art show and book called This Side Up. They included work by an international group 46 artists for a charity to benefit the homeless.
For my Fine Art Project at University I chose to create some personal yet comical images of Lester with funny props and expressions. While these aren't all my images that I submitted for this module, these are my favourite images I took.

Harajuku is a really arty/bohemian neighborhood in Tokyo (and Gwen Stefani wrote a song about it, and has those Japanese backup dancers and all) with lots of great shops, and probably the biggest concentration of wacky Japanese chic.
This 10" round chocolate cake is covered in lemon fondant and decorated with gumpaste flowers, the theme colours are light blue and lavender.
The cake is being taken to an art class where the girls party will be, they will draw and paint their interpretation of this cake.
