I like this fine Art Noveau graphic.
I have wanted to get a cat for a long time but didn't want to deal with buying cat food, expensive vet visits, or cleaning out a litter box.
Now our neighbours' cat hangs out at our house, which is nice, and all of his other needs are taken care of at his own house. WIN!
From my Teesha-copycat journal. Watercolour paper; magazine clippings; paint; Sharpie paint pens.
Pataphysical Studios was bursting with art, poetry, music and dance on this first sunny day of the season. The good doctors spent an enchanted afternoon playing together, diving fearlessly into wondrous new dimensions.
This week, we had two new visitors: Dr. Rafe and his son Dr. Leo, who picked up the vibe right away and seemed to enjoy this next-to-last demo of the ‘Pataphysical Slot Machine, before its move to the Figurines Ranch. We also held an initiation ceremony for Dr. Jardin, who received her own purple lab coat from Dr. Rindbrain, to the ritual chant of ‘Gooble gobble, we accept her, one of us’.
We then discovered another important new ritual: dance breaks! As ‘Johnny Be Good’ started playing, we all started shaking our buns uncontrollably -- and kept on rockin’ through many more tracks from the past. … Judging from the grins on everyone’s faces, this is likely to become a mandatory ritual from now on (albeit a hard one to shoot in low-light, pardon the blurs).
In other news, Drs. Igor and Rindbrain taught calligraphy to Drs. Canard and Figurine, so they may make many more words beautiful. Dr. Skidz concocted mysterious plans to paint an art virus on canvas. Dr. Canard whistled to the Golden-Crowned Sparrow, who just flew back in our neck of the woods. Dr. Figurine added a new infinity snake symbol from Dr. Rindbrain to her coat. Dr. Fabio got the sounds working for the Bali Cuckoo Clock and Time Flies wonderboxes. Dr. Igor got all other boxes to play sounds, except one: Mother of Yes — which we will tame next week, just in time for our move. :)
Spring is back in the inspiration island. Time for all art makers to come out and play … Follow your bliss!

It has many infamous names: Monster Zero, The Golden Demise, The One Who is Many, the Rainbow Serpent, the Hydra, and so on. Either way it has always been described as the largest and most destructive monster in Godzilla's rogue gallery. It travels around as a living hurricaine, charging itself with electrical power, and each head can think independently. Most depictions describe Ghidorah as a serpent from outerspace.

This is an actual building in Zagreb, Croatia. Made in minifig scale, or approximate 1:37. Over 25 thousand bricks used in construction which spread over year and a half period. It was displayed on Brickworld 2009 in Chicago, in Zagreb Art Pavillion and Science and technology museum.
One piece of the artwork I did for the "Beware of the Vultures" skate deck series of New England's RAW skateboards. This drawing was also turned into a shirt.
for GEISAI TAIWAN #3
很高興能在今天參加了 GEISAI TAIWAN #3,雖然金獎在我對面而不是我,
但很感謝今天特地跑來的朋友,以及有在我作品前停留的朋友們,
我會繼續努力,讓我們下次見 :)

Photographing smoke art is one of the most rewarding aspects of home photography. We've all seen the wispy strands that float and glide through the air, but it's not until these trails are frozen in time do we see the true beauty and elegance of their construction.
In many images it's possible to see a subject within the smoke.
The advantage of smoke art photography is that - compared to water droplets - the patterns take longer to form so it's easier to judge when to take the shot. It's when the scene is viewed on the screen that the true diversity and uniqueness of the patterns is realised.
This was processed in Photoshop to highlight the patterns that exist within the formations.
