Helping each other over the hard bits of the rock face the girls move towards the rock pool wall to the right to hopefully hang on and get some protection . The wave coming before them gives some idea of the challenges ahead .

Another photo from the Place d'Armes. I almost forgot to put it in my 'uploads' folder, but I thought this building was very attractive and worth sharing.
My sister, Carrie, is having her arm painted instead of her face at a booth for the Chalk the Block festival. A couple of very talented body painters quickly applied a heart design, much to Carrie's delight.

Janice's left arm is no longer bound by a brace, cotton dressing, and several inches of Ace bandage. It's also no longer shaped like a banana!
Janice is also free to sleep in her own bed tonight, rather than seated on the couch, with her arm elevated.

This...took...forever. 7 hours? What? This was near the end of a seemingly impossible shoot...that is why the faces don't say WAR. But...the hands...the hands are joined...*cries*
