An example of social distancing before Covid19.
Airport lounges cary their own brand of depressing beauty. So many people assembled in those perfectly designed and luminous spaces, all of them lost in their own thoughts or devices, just waiting to serve out their sentence. Hell is a place of loneliness.

He waits for her to understand
But she won't understand at all
She waits all night for him to call
But he won't call anymore
He waits to hear her say
Forgive
But she just drops her pearl-black eyes
And prays to hear him say
I love you
But he tells no more lies
He waits for her to sympathize
But she won't sympathize at all
She waits all night to feel his kiss
But always wakes alone
He waits to hear her say
Forget
But she just hangs her head in pain
And prays to hear him say
No more
I'll never leave again
How did we get this far apart?
We used to be so close together
How did we get this far apart?
I thought this love would last forever
He waits for her to understand
But she won't understand at all
She waits all night for him to call
But we won't call
He waits to hear her say
Forgive
But she just drops her pearl-black eyes
And prays to hear him say
I love you
But he tells no more lies
How did we get this far apart?
We used to be so close together
How did we get this far apart?
I thought this love would last forever
Good morning everyone!! And a happy Monday to you. Tis foggy and raining here so I'm going back to a few weekends ago when the skies were blue, there was a gentle breeze on my face, and the sun graced us with her presence. My mind will rest here this morning! :-)

Smile on Saturday task is to create an enigma with an image that has no description. So be it! Pick this image apart to work out what it is.
🎶 MICHAEL SHULTE - FALLING APART
Lyrics
I am sleepless for a weekend
So I start to say goodbye
Say goodbye to all that we had
Say goodbye to what we lost
Oh, we don't talk
We're not enough
And the storms slowly arise
When the light turns
And the cold times arise
And we were running out, through the storms, through the night
We were running in the dark, we were following our hearts
And we would fall down, and we would slowly fall apart
We would slowly fall into the dark
The cold times arise
And the cold times arise
It is hard to let it all go
Let the past just disappear
Try to untie from an old life
But it always drags me down
Oh, we don't talk
We're not enough
And the storms slowly arise
When the light turns
And the cold times arise

I spent some time this morning with Bronson, Belle and the chicks. This chick was on a branch about 15 feet below the branch where Bronson, and then Belle were with the other two chicks. Images of the rest of the family will follow in coming days.
A lovely little 'Common blue'.. 'Polyommatus icarus'.... butterfly.. feeding on what possibly could be.. a 'Lesser Burdock'.. 'Arctium minus'.. .. but I'm by no means sure.. it's just a hazard guess...
Have a great week ahead.. Thanks for looking..

But I'm only human
And I bleed when I fall down
I'm only human
And I crash and I break down
Your words in my head, knives in my heart
You build me up and then I fall apart
'Cause I'm only human...
Just a little human
I can take so much
'Til I've had enough
'Cause I'm only human
And I bleed when I fall down
I'm only human...
“In fact, the more I try to escape, the less I can breathe. The more I try to hold on, the less I can focus. Something’s leaving me. Parts of me. Everything falls apart.”
Inspired by Danielewski’s chef-d’oeuvre House of Leaves, Everything Falls Apart (EFA) gathers prolific producer Ross Tones also known as Throwing Snow (Houndstooth) and double bass player Otto Lindholm (Icarus, Gizeh) in an improvised and brilliant dialog.
Acting as a human FX on the initial acoustic sound, Ross Tones gives a third dimension to each impulse of the double bass, which in the same time influences back Lindholm's play. The whole process, from linear to circular, creates a profound musical loop, almost a larsen, that brings EFA's sound into music : a unique catharsis of unforgiven soundscapes and melodies.
Seen in the beach in the Westside Todnitzsee. (Spreewald, near Königs Wusterhausen, Germany). This little falling apart building (toilet room) might once have had glorious day. Now it’s a memory of the past, hidden in the woods.
Two worlds apart, every sunrise and dawn it is the same. We get lost in ourselves, we live in our comfort zone, it is our safe place. Spread your wings, try something new, the world we live in is a wonderful place with so much to see and do. It will be worth it, the smile on your face will be proof of it.
Suprematism is an early twentieth-century art movement focused on the fundamentals of geometry (circles, squares, rectangles, triangles). The term refers to a form of abstract art based upon "the supremacy of pure artistic expression" rather than on a visual or literal depiction of objects. It is entirely subjective and gives room to the artist to present what they think or perceive versus what they may see.
My homeland Northwest Germany is poor in mountains and rocks, so the only exception has been a very popular and even mystic place for centuries. We took advantage of the nice Summer weather to visit the Externsteine on Sunday.
The Externsteine belong to the Teutoburger Wald and are a natural outcropping of five sandstone pillars, the tallest of which is 37 mtr high and form a wall of several hundred metres in length, in a region that is otherwise largely devoid of rocks. The pillars have been modified and decorated by humans over the centuries. The place has been an important location for religion and spiritual activities throughout history. In warm evening light the beauty performs perfectly.
