After almost two months of confinement, without being able to leave my house, today I was finally able to show my head. Spring is splendid! During my walk with my husband and Milonga I collected these wild flowers. Now they bright up my kitchen!

After fairly strong rains this night, water in rivers are running high. And forests are full of mist. Nice, fairy-world atmosphere all around ;-)

What a Mood this Morning

Water drop over a water lily leaf after the rain. Not good day for flowers, too windy.

Dierector KillerKat & model Melania enjoying time together after their wicked "Scars Of The Crucifix" shoot. Killer of course giving the paws up for an excellent time.

Part I of this series.

Hard to believe a wet and windy evening at Marazion (see previous shot) could produce such vibrant colour after the sun had set. All you need is a little gap in the clouds.

This photo was captured early in the morning after a nighttime storm.

The sun shines through the trees behind the house after yesterday's winter storm.

A landscape shot of Mud Creek on NE 62nd Ave looking north towards Bondurant, Iowa. Taken in early morning after a recent snowstorm.

After shooting some sunset photos on the Space Needle, I turned around and saw this beautiful scenery. The magic light and color is just breathtaking. I hope I did capture some of that. From the observation deck of Space Needle. 520 feet(160 meters) in the air. Canon xti with 70-200 4L IS with a 1.4 extender.

Went for a walk and got caught in the storm, drookit!

Dog rose (Rosa canina) with no petals after a severe storm. Its petals are so fragile as at every Rosa genus.

This is posted for Macro Mondays "Cloth/Textile" theme. This is a sun umbrella after a rainfall.

Thanks for viewing and happy Macro Monday!

Thanks for visiting, commenting and faving my photos. Its very much appreciated!

Fynn is my perfect photo model, the only one who just wakes up from a nap, notices the camera and immediately is ready to smile. Cleo would put on her death stare and Linus simply wouldn't look at me at all.

Sorry for posting another photo of Fynn on the lawn. There is something about Fynn in the grass that always makes me point the camera at him.

After the Rain water is still on this very wet leaf found in North Carolina.

After reading numerous bits of advice about water drop photography, I decided to try my hand at it. Over one hundred photos later, I found that I had captured this floral water drop as it headed for a splash landing. Although I've tried to replicate this exact experience, it will have to remain in my heart and mind. I suppose that is what is beautiful about life. Every event is rather special in its own way. It's interesting how photography can turn one into a philosopher.
