Flower of a succulent in the family Crassulaceae. Each flower is less than an inch in length.
We had so much dense fog last night that the garden was bedecked with pearls of fog.
Thanks, as always, for stopping by and for your kind comments, awards and faves -- I appreciate them all.

When I visited Oban, there was a very strong gale which prevented a journey by ferry to Iona :( However, I spent a wonderful day walking in the storm and the next morning, there was a lovely calm and a rainbow :)

After it rained heavily yesterday and last weekend the first swallowtails for this year were on the way I remembered this older picture on my hard disk.
The swallowtail had picked a blade of grass as a place to sleep and was waiting for the morning sun to dry it.
With a reflector, I have lightened the shade side of the butterfly during the sunrise.
Thanks for visiting!

Teulada marina, early in the morning, after a violent thunderstorm, a strange atmosphere which I had never seen before...
I decided to add this one. I guess I needed to look at it a few more times. And it kind of sums up the day after, when everything quietens down.

What a wonderful Christmas we had at our house! I hope yours was just as special. And now what, well after Christmas sales right?!! lol Yeah my RL sister and I have hit a few places.
By the way, if you're out there shopping be careful y'all.
We're still in the holiday season and as Christmas is just too important to last for such a short time I'll sign off with a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year before I'm off to Best Buy!
Taken at Cherishville Winter
Once again, thank you Lam Erin and all the staff at Cherishville for the hard work and allowing us a wonderful place to take our pics.
Such a beautiful sight to see a lot of Fly Agarics coming up after the torrential rain in Coniston, Cumbria
The last one from the sunset! This was taken from the top of the old viaduct above Glen Wyllin and as you can see there is still a lot of colour in the sky.
The following night had a great sunset too but I didn't get the chance to take any photos...phew you say!
Not been any decent ones this week, looks like the weather is changing again! Hopefully not back to winter like it did 3 years ago.

We drove through some terrible weather to get to this beach... strong winds and bucket loads of rain. It was still raining when we arrived but 10 minutes after hitting the beach it stopped raining and the skies started to clear......
