This launch belonging to the Armed Forces of Malta is one of six "assets" available to Frontex as it seeks to patrol a sea area the size of Great Britain.
Patesville Lodge No. 295 AFM is the 4th smallest lodge in the state and had not performed degree work in 19 years. On Oct. 7th, 2014 we conferred the MM Degree for a new brother (Jerry Gainey). We conferred all three degrees at our lodge this year. We could not have done this without the support of the lodges of the 26th and 25th Masonic Districts, including Bishopville, Lucknow, Sumter, and Hartsville lodges, and RWB Joe Goode.
The photo’s show the 2nd level of our building which has not be used for over 19 years due to Hurricane Hugo blowing off the roof and destroying the upstairs lodge.
Over the years the interior roof collapsed and the flooring was damaged. We have worked many hours this year to recover the lodge on both levels.
Our Palmetto room (Dinner Hall) has been refurbished and painted.
63 Master Masons attended from 14 different lodges for this MM Degree.
