My first outing with the Lensbaby Circular Fisheye in a non-urban location, getting behind the back-lit Acer trees in the arboretum at Jodrell Bank.
It is not just the colours but the shapes which draws people to the Acer collection. Surprisingly there are no people to be seen!

This Eastern Chipmunk has been resident in my yard ever since the spring thaw. S/he seems to have been in some sort of fight and is missing one ear, one eye, and some patches of fur, but despite all this, s/he seems to be managing very well. I wish I knew if this is one of 'my' chippies from last year.
