The left half of the space was previously a Bank of Southern Maryland, which was destroyed by a tornado on April 28th, 2002.
The right half of the space was previously part of CVS Pharmacy #1488, which was destroyed by the same tornado on April 28th, 2002 and reopened at 6260 Crain Highway in 2003.
