Espécie símbolo do Pantanal, ele chega a ter 1,40m de comprimento 1,60m de altura, e pesar 8 kg. Pode chegar a quase 3m de envergadura. A grandiosidade desta ave também se expressa pelas construções de seus ninhos. Alguns deles já foram encontrados medindo 3m de diâmetro, sendo construído, algumas vezes, a mais de 25m do chão, nas árvores mais altas do Pantanal.

Es la mayor galaxia del Grupo Local de unas 30 galaxias en el que está situada la Via Lactea.
Galaxia espiral que contiene alrededor de un billón de estrellas; está a 2.5 años luz de la Via Lactea, su diámetro es de 220.000 años luz, y en el cielo, tiene un diámetro aparente una seis veces mayor que el de la Luna; es el objeto más lejano que se puede observar a simple vista desde la Tierra, aunque muy debilmente debido a su relativamente escaso brillo.
Andromeda y la Via Lactea se acercan entre si con una velocidad de unos 300 km/s. y es posible que acaben fusionándose.
La fotografía ha sido recortada a la mitad, de manera que se observa Andromeda con tan solo 6 aumentos, menos que con unos prismáticos.
Imagen tomada con un objetivo fotográfico Samyang 135mm a f 2.8 y cámara Sony a6000; 80 minutos ISO 1000 en tomas de 20". Apilado con DSS y procesada con Pixlnsight.

c) Lettura Esposimetrica effettuata con esposimetro della macchina impostata su "Media a Prevalenza Centrale" ( ho effettuato 5 misurazioni a luce incidente con il Sekonic Dual Spot F-L778 con lettura impostata a 1° per confrontarla con la lettura che mi dava l’esposimetro della macchina, ho effettuato quella correzione di +1,5 di stop per recuperare alcun particolare nelle ombre e nelle penombre.
d) Impostazione nel corpo camera ISO/ASA 6400, DR (100%), Modalità AF (Area), WB Bilanciamento del Bianco (Auto), Simulazione Film (Provia Standard), Colore (+2), Nitidezza (0), Tono Alte luci (0), Tono Ombre (0), Riduzione disturbo (+1), Gamma Dinamica (Auto), Qualità Immagine (Fine), Filtro ND (On), Dimensione Immagine (3:2 - L);
e) Tecnica di ripresa esposimetrica con il sistema dell”Esposizione a Destra;
f) Prima Post-Produzione (leggerissima file quasi perfetto) per la correzione del bilanciamento cromatico/tonale (dopo la desaturazione) delle varie aree e zone di colore per compensare l’intensità di luce (ore 12,30 di ripresa) con Nikon Capture NX 2;
g) Seconda Post-Produzione con Adobe Photoshop CC per il bilanciamento delle zone d’ombra (Lievissima file quasi perfetto);
h) Post-Produzione di completamento con Nikon Capture NX 2 e CorelPhoto-Paint X5 per il completamento e la sistemazione finale del "Sistema Zonale".

Jeu de lumière avec cette prise de vue à contrejour qui dessine la silhouette de ce minuscule éphémère.
Perlée de rosée, il fait sécher ses ailes sous le soleil levant avant de reprendre son envol.
Ces délicates fées à l'allure si élégante sont fascinantes. Les éphémères (Ephemeroptera) sont apparus au Carbonifère, il y a environ 300 millions d'années : il s’agit des plus anciens insectes ailés encore vivants qui doivent leur nom "éphémères " à la durée de vie de leur imago qui peut ne pas excéder quelques heures.
Pour cette composition, j’ai choisi une photométrie à mesure spot et fermé un peu le diaphragme, suffisamment pour éviter les blancs cramés du soleil en arrière-plan, mais en gardant toutefois une profondeur de champ limitée pour que l’éphémère soit bien isolé de la végétation environnante.
Prise aux étangs du village voisin, à main levée et en lumière naturelle, exposition manuelle.

Norwegian owners are known for keeping their ships in good shape. The A.F. Klaveness & Co. general cargo ship M/S Bougainville, delivered by Nederlandsche Dok & Scheepsbouw Mij., Amsterdam in December 1947, is a case in point. The photograph by Walter E. Frost shows the 140.9 m (LOA) Bougainville in Vancouver 20 years later, still looking like new.
In 1971 Bougainville was sold to Hong Kong Islands Shipping Co. Ltd, Singapore and renamed Lungkwu Chau. The following year she was scrapped in Taiwan.
Such a pity that she was demolished. Would have been a wonderful museum ship for future generations to learn and enjoy.

h) Sono stati impiegati due Flash: il primo di schiarita Nikon SB-900 Wireless (tenuto a mano) posizionato leggermente in basso a destra con parabola direzionata verso le ali della prima farfalla a circa 90cm programmato sul “Canale A” con riduzione del lampo di 1+1/3 di stop + diffusore a cupola SW-13H (Nikon) + il secondo Flash Gruppo Nikon Kit Macro RiC1 con 4 Seedlight SB-200 pilotate in Wireless (I due superiori con applicato il Filtro diffusore Nikon SW-11a quelli superiori schermo libero) + (riduzione del lampo delle lampade superiori di – 1/3 stop, aumento della potenza del lampo delle lampade inferiori di +1/3 ) + Nikon Wireless Speedlight Commander SU-800 montato sulla slitta della macchina:
i) Lettura Esposimetrica Media a Prevalenza Centrale (campo di azione della lettura fra le zampe delle due farfalle a sinistra e il busto della farfalla a destra) con impostazione a priorità dei diaframmi;
l) E’ stato utilizzato il Faretto Manfrotto regolato ad 1/3 della potenza (luce 1900°Kelvin) posizionato in alto sopra la scena all’altezza delle due farfalle superiori in modo da attutire le leggere ombre azzurre e abbassare la temperatura cromatica della scena per vivacizzare i colori pastello delle striature arancioni delle ali delle farfalle. Tutto il lavoro è stato effettuato verso le ore 6,45 del mattino (luce laterale diretta quasi al sorgere del sole);
m) Impostazione Asa 400/Asa;
n) Conversione del File Raw in Tiff con Nikon Capture NX 2;
o) Prima Post-Produzione Corel Photo-Paint X5 e Nikon Capture NX 2;
p) Seconda Post-Produzione con Adobe Photoshop CS6;
q) Post-Produzione di completamento con Nikon Capture NX 2.
