Although I’ve always been one to doodle and mess around in designing, I’ve only recently started to put my designs up for sale. My very first experience with commissioned artwork was actually crude sprites I used to create for friends when I was still an awkward tween. I’ll still occasionally dabble with 8bit sprite work from time to time, which is probably a smart move because that is what got me noticed for the first time with my 8Bit Space Trip design.
Now that I have some free time I hope to start updating my poor poor webcomic which has been collecting dust for months now. bit.ly/11E3wnX
I also hope to use that time to get my fix of Minecraft, Skyrim, and Team Fortress 2.

Playpower.org's Derek Lomas shows off a massively copyright-infringing game cartridge included with one of the $12, 8-bit game computers he's developing software for. According to the label, the cart has 999,999,999 games in 1. Lomas says that since most of those games are illegal Mario ripoffs, this one cartridge could make you liable for copyright infringement penalties that add up to more than the GDP of a small nation.
A Douglas Coupland creation, Digital Orca sits right outside of the new Vancouver Convention Centre. It definitely attracts a lot of attention, and I've taken countless shots of it. But none with a fisheye lens, so...
Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt Combo. This is the pack in game that came with the Nintendo Entertainment System back in the 80's. One of the systems top selling game and Mario's first adventure in the Mushroom Kingdom to rescue the Princess from The evil Bowser, king of the koopas.
Mario Travels to 8 worlds while jumping on Goombas, Koopa Troopas and avoiding the deadly Hammer Bros and Bullet Bills. each stage ranges from either being above ground, under ground, under water and even on mushrooms. Also introduced many characters that many gamers from the NES era have grown up with such as Bowser (King Koopa), Princess Peach (Toadstool), Toad, Goombas, The Hammer Brothers and many more that have continued to to cross paths with Mario to this day on his many adventures.
