Così è firmato questo ritratto, insieme ad un'altra scritta incomprensibile.

Ero ad un mercatino con mia sorella e una mia amica, Alessandra stava rovistando tra degli scatoloni colmi di vecchie foto, e mi è capitato questo ritratto tra le mani.

Le persone spesso fantasticano sulla vita delle persone ritratte nelle vecchie foto, io a guardare lei non riesco ad immaginarmi nulla, però ci sono delle cose che mi hanno colpita.

Stringe tra le mani dei guanti e ci sono dei fiori sullo sfondo, quindi posso ipotizzare che curasse un giardino,

ha le mani tozze come le mie, lo sguardo troppo adulto e altrove.

Forse ho scelto questa foto perché ci rivedo qualcosa di mio. Allora sarebbe divertente, visto che non riesco a rivedermi nelle persone che ho più vicino, rivedermi in qualcuno che non conosco e mai conoscerò.

I can't believe it took me exactly seven days to start doubting myself. Really tired, my soul weeps and questions if I made the right decision. Will I learn anything from this project? Will I find myself? It is a big commitment, I know. Maybe all I need to do is relax, not overthink it and wrap myself in blankets of patience.
