Day 6 of 365 - Fire & Ice
Composite of 4 exposures total: focus stacked and bracketed for sky and foreground
Detroit Citizens Railway 6 at Detroit, Michigan on an unknown day in November 1981, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Number 6 was one of 75 single truck closed cars built by the Saint Louis Car Company on Job 84 dated November 16, 1899 for the Compania Carro de FC, Lisbon, Portugal, road numbers 1-75, later, 400-474. In 1976, as part of the Bicentennial celebration, the City of Detroit built a narrow (900 mm or 2 foot 11 7/16 inch) gauge tram from the Grand Circus Park to the Renaissance Center along Washington Boulevard and Jefferson Avenue, using several trams from Lisbon, Portugal. The tram was originally just 3/4 miles long, but was extended 1/4 mile to the Renaissance Center in 1980. The tram lasted until 2003, when the wire and tracks were removed, the shop building (seen behind the car) was demolished, and the street returned to rubber-tired vehicles. Some, if not all, of the DCRY cars ( there were nine ) are rumored to be stored somewhere.

Here is a 6-month solargraphic exposure. I pointed a pretty green tea canister pinhole camera towards the south, secured it to a post, and left the "shutter" open for half-a-year, from June 22 to December 23, 2011.

If you don't count the back, it is the most beautiful iPhone to date :) Loving the snappier processor, gpu, and touch ID. The leather case's bottom is now dock-friendly albeit more vulnerable to scratches unlike the one for 5S.
One surprising point that most reviewers didn't point out is that the 6 Plus is actually easier to hold for landscape-oriented selfies compared to the 6. It fits snugly between your index finger and pinky while the bottom is nested on the mid of your palm.
Hope that more app developers will update their apps to utilise the 6 Plus' full HD resolution, really hate the way current apps are scaled up to fit the screen.

How much little steps like that do we go though while visiting the imperial palace?
I don't know but I won't ever feel tired about walking again and again through the alleys, courts, halls, pavilions, gardens of the Forbidden City.
Like this young lady, visiting the place alone is for me the best option to consider if you are one of those who are looking for a real travel to the past.
This is China.

Roma-Day 2-Vatican & Sant'Angelo Bridge
Our tour of the vatican was wonderfully descriptive, the male tour guide was a mind of information and very interesting (he also had an Italian accent which I was thrilled about) We did the Raphael Rooms and Modern Galleries is this tour, something that was not included in last years tour which made it seem a lot longer, which I guess it was in reality. The Raphael rooms were well worth the aching back and feet but I was not impressed with the modern section, it's just not my thing, so the last part of the tour was spent wishing for a chair! Sant'Angelo castle and bridge were awesome, so glad I managed to walk upon the bridge this time around.
Visto che mi era difficile rappresentare il concetto di casa ho pensato a rappresentare la MIA casa. Chi c'è stato almeno una volta sa che non ci sia oggetto che possa rappresentarla meglio. Libri, libri e libri ovunque. Questa è la mia casa!
