Location: Miguel Angel 16, Almagro, Madrid, Spain

Popular eatery New York Burger opened a new branch of its restaurant chain in the Almagro neighborhood of Madrid,

known for its aristocratic topansa1.com recicle residences, which nowadays are mainly public buildings and offices.

The new location was considered strategically a good bet for the profile of New York Burger’s clients.

Personal work. Poster.

A 1930 Bentley Speed 6 that has been modified into a replica of the "Blue train special" built by Gurney Nutting in 1930.

Even as a replica it is still valued at over 1.5 million dollars US and this one gets driven... Infact it just finished driving along the southern coast of Iceland in something called L'imperial Rallyes d'Exception.

For an icelander that doesn't have money to travel the world and look at cars, that was a once in a lifetime experience getting to see those cars.

Hasselblad 500CM

Carl Zeiss 50mm f/4.0 Distagon

Hasselblad Polaroid 100 Back

Fuji FP-100C B&W conversion

Exposure: f/4.0 1/2

Vintage Gossen Lunasix light meter and the A12 back that made way for the Polaroid back to take this shot. Been a while since I used the instant back. First shot out was all cloudy with the full two minutes to develop. Second shot was a little better but I would say it pays to use these film packs when they are fresh as they have inconsistent exposure otherwise. Converted to B&W because of the usual horrible color cast from my office lamp.

Oopsie, a bit late again, sorry! Rusty is a very good boy posing for the camera, he quite enjoys it too!

If anyone's interested, just thought I'd share Rusty's DogzOnline link since I've finally got around to making one, and I might as well share Biscuit's as well! Take a look, especially if you're into dog showing and whatnot :-))

Guess where...

Looks like there is slim chance of Aurora to be seen in the Bay Area on New Year eve. Perhaps this rainbow I saw this morning could be the precursor. Who knows? Anyway, Happy New Year!

This is week six under the theme “Street” for the #letsgetcreative2014 project.

Since I just got my 1st flash on Friday I thought about using it directly for this weeks shot. It turned out that I’m a total newbie in terms of “artificial” lighting, but you have to start somewhere, right? The light on my face could have been a lot softer, but my gear was limited to the flash and a little diffuser cap, I’ll consider buying a soft box or something similar for future shots. But nonetheless, I learned a lot, and that’s what these projects are made for.

Last but not least I really have to thank my wonderful girlfriend for bearing with me in the cold wind holding the flash higher and longer than she actually could, thank you very much darling!

For the next theme “Monsters” I really have to boost my creativity, wish me luck ;) Have a great week everybody!
