Another from Saturdays wander to the Bow Fiddle, a middling shutterspeed this time (10 sec I think). Slow enough to mist out the rocks in the middle ground, but fast enough to leave a bit of detail in the water around the foreground rocks.
A 1930 Bentley Speed 6 that has been modified into a replica of the "Blue train special" built by Gurney Nutting in 1930.
Even as a replica it is still valued at over 1.5 million dollars US and this one gets driven... Infact it just finished driving along the southern coast of Iceland in something called L'imperial Rallyes d'Exception.

For an icelander that doesn't have money to travel the world and look at cars, that was a once in a lifetime experience getting to see those cars.

For some reason that feeding station on the horizon always reminds me of something out of a Japanese garden whenever I see it in the morning.

Oopsie, a bit late again, sorry! Rusty is a very good boy posing for the camera, he quite enjoys it too!
If anyone's interested, just thought I'd share Rusty's DogzOnline link since I've finally got around to making one, and I might as well share Biscuit's as well! Take a look, especially if you're into dog showing and whatnot :-))
Almost a week in already. When I was taking this photo I was watching The Big Bang Theory which was distracting.

This is week six under the theme “Street” for the #letsgetcreative2014 project.
Since I just got my 1st flash on Friday I thought about using it directly for this weeks shot. It turned out that I’m a total newbie in terms of “artificial” lighting, but you have to start somewhere, right? The light on my face could have been a lot softer, but my gear was limited to the flash and a little diffuser cap, I’ll consider buying a soft box or something similar for future shots. But nonetheless, I learned a lot, and that’s what these projects are made for.
Last but not least I really have to thank my wonderful girlfriend for bearing with me in the cold wind holding the flash higher and longer than she actually could, thank you very much darling!
For the next theme “Monsters” I really have to boost my creativity, wish me luck ;) Have a great week everybody!
