A lheure où lyonnaises et lyonnais se rassemblent Place Bellecour pour les
traditionnelles randos roller du vendredi soir, nous avons découvert la
structure « Only Lyon ».

Today is my last day in Switzerland. The week flew by so quickly I was looking forward to the trip for months and it was over in a flash. My thirst for travel has only manifested by this trip. My goal in 2010 was to travel and discover new places and it has continued into 2011.
I took the 5:54 am train from Montreux to the Geneva airport, the ride took a hour and 13 mins. The sky was dark when I left Montreux and blue when I arrived at the airport. My flight home to San Francisco took 24 hours including 2 layovers, delays and 2 custom checkpoints.
I can't wait to return to Europe. I am saving those pennies!
Somewhere around Step 54
There are some glued bits in the fan/extruder tensioner, which are all hinged together and held in place by a spring-loaded screw. So there was a snack break at this point while I waited for the glue to dry.

HISTORY
Pillar completed 2nd May 1948 costing £5.6s.0d. Computed as tertiary triangulation station NO42/T25 within the Dundee block during 1948. Levelled for height to first class precision, secondary standards in March 1970.
SITE VISIT
Trig pillar in fine condition. Flush bracket faces westerly towards perimeter fence. In secured area occupied by disused empty reservoir. Gates chained together using padlock, but breathe in and you can just squeeze through.

The art of brick making was brought to Madagascar by the Europeans, and since then became a standard industry in the country. Clay is formed into blocks which are piled on top of one another, leaving some space for air. Then a fire is lit at the bottom of the pile, and let burn for a week. That changes the color of the bricks from dull yellow to red, and makes them sturdy and usable. The brick making yard in the photo is at the outskirts of Tana, on the road to Andasibe.
