Today Yatzy have been playing in the dandelions. We are
inspired by Todd and Jaspers catch ball pictures, but we do have to practice a little more :-)
Our beach walk was cut short the other day. We did make it back to the car before it got too rainy.
Our beach walks will be coming to an end once the beaches open for the summer. Such a shame there are no beaches around here where you can take the dogs for a swim in the summertime.
Not quite a silhouette but close!
Well...this was a tough prompt! :D I had no clue what to do, even now, i'm not sure if i like my take on it. But, it will have to do, because the time is running out...:)
It reached over 50 f (10c) today. In Vermont. In the middle of January! There was still snow on the ground, which made Pokey think it was cold outside and he just sat there hoping to come back inside.

Fearless
Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. The fearful are caught as often as the bold.

Snow, snow and snow, took this a morning before sunup. This week I had a lot of photos to choose from, I will put my runner-up in comments.
We went for a hike in the woods yesterday and found a patch of snow covered with sand from the beach. So I made a snowman and Maggie stood so nice to get her picture taken by it.

52 Weeks of Dogs.
Shot for the 52 weeks for dogs project: Earlier this week I discovered an amazing ice heave on the lake that we live beside. The ice had been pushed up and over a submerged stump, then it collapsed on its own weight leaving a very large chunk balanced on the stump. A couple of days earlier I had taken some shots of just the ice glowing in the light of the setting sun (separate shot to follow later this week) and thought it would be nice to get a shot of Autumn with the ice. A couple of days later the lighting and Autumn cooperated and this is the result.
I don't why but Aperture or Flickr made this private even though it was posted for a full day. Very frustrating as by making it public again, you end up loosing all the favourites. Ah, well, there are bigger things to worry in life. I will make this my 52 Weeks posting.

Week 21 in 52 Weeks for Dogs. Finally I was able to meet up with some friends for a picnic and to reunite Tasku with her 'grand amour'. These two have been besotted with each other from the first moment they met, time apart makes no difference to their relationship, they always greet each other with great affection.

Estaba utilizando el Nikon 85 f/1.4G de Filip y me quedé maravillado con este lente.
