Day 50! Wow, I didn't know how I'd get this far and it has been a struggle to bother some days. I think my 365 has become a bit overshadowed recently, but it could be for the best.
I've never kept a proper journal or anything, but this may be turning into one and if so, I hope I'll be able to look back on it later in the year and see the things that worry me now as unimportant. :)
Project50 24/50
Wow it's nice here to day, 29ºC, super bright sun, blue skys. Anyways, it's just a quick one tonight as I'm heading out with my dad for dinner and a movie.
Laters guys…

Wow, over the top here -- at least a triple exposure, maybe quadruple. A beautiful woman and two or three classic American cars, all squeezed into two-thirds of a frame...
A mishap with the Mamiya rendered most of this roll way more experimental than I intended. C'est la guerre, I suppose.

I can't believe I actually made it to 50. WOW!
I had never done light painting. EVER! So I thought it would be a good idea to try it today for my fiftieth day, why not. Let me know your thoughts please as they are always appreciated.
Thanks!

So, I hired the professional chef aka mama, who specializes in super yummy dishes, good enough to be served in top-notch restaurant, to cook for the Pony.
I asked if the hundred dollars was enough for the ingredients. She said she 'tried' to spend it all, but only managed to spend nearly S$50. Wow!!! Of course she keeps the rest as small token of appreciation for the effort. (It's such small price tag to get such good chef, I say)
Day 50: Wow! 50 whole days of flickr photo-a-day!!! i'm enjoying this thoroughly, sometimes it feels like homework, other times it makes me think creatively. Sometimes it bothers me that i might repeat style of photos, other times i wanna try out the technique again. It's hit or miss, but the best part is i'm doing it for myself, so no matter what, i can't screw up!
Anyways, i took this cool macro of my girlfriend's cat's nose. I like the composition and DOF as well as the exposure.
Day 50
Wow, day 50 already!! Someone got a new haircut today. Did you know the hardest kids to photograph are a photographers own kids? lol. My daughters usually pretty easy…but my son is so hard to capture as he can't look at the camera(not sure why as I never use flash) but he's always looking off…and if he is looking as he is here…he is ready to break out into a funny face at me. I think that happened seconds after this shot….lol

Today is my day 50!!! Wow. I decided to havea bit of fun with this. I got this idea a few days ago and wasn't sure I could pull it off.
So here I am, feeling like I'm coming over the hill from where I started.
I have grown a lot since joining this group. Not only with SP's, but in other areas of photography as well.

Day 285 In honor of the Smurfs turning 50?? Wow! Well, my little blue pals are somewhat younger and keep me company while writing my newest play.
I call them my "pressure smurfs". Note the sweat bead on the side of his face.

Day 50/365
Fifty. 50. Wow. How strange. I completely forgot that today was day fifty. This is weird. I'm halfway at day one-hundred.
I know this is a rather simple portrait but I had that stupid headache again and it was making me really mad. So yeah. School and work were good today which is always refreshing and tomorrow's Thursday!
I can't wait until tomorrow because, well no reason really, it's just Thursday.
And yes the time is from Fix You by Coldplay and a parallel to Day 38.
Raviolis, Raviolis, Raviolis, U get 5 of these pillows of goodness in tomato sauce and sometimes a butter nut squash with roaster garlic, topped with cheese cheese and more cheese with garlic bread for $7.50 WOW WEE!

One more day left for Project 50. Wow. Can't believe it.

Today is day 50. Wow. I can't believe it's already been 50 days since I began this project. It seems like time has completely flown by and inched along at the same time.
I chose this picture to represent today because the song "Poison & Wine" has been the soundtrack to my life for the past half-year. It's shown up in unexpected places, on a guitar, on the radio, on a loudspeaker, on my ipod. I've made some difficult decisions over the last several months, and this song has been playing in the background the whole time. I've been tying up some loose ends, and each time, I come back to this song. It helps me remember.
You only know what I want you to
I know everything you don't want me to
Oh your mouth is poison, your mouth is wine
One of our docs sends out birthday cards to her patients and she likes to include a low-fat/healthy recipe along with the card. I shot this pie for that. My co-worker made the pie. :)
What I learned from this shoot:
1. Add embellishments right before shooting (e.g., bananas! and lime) The bananas and lime soaked into the pie making it look less than awesome. Also, as bananas do, they turned brownish.
2. It's ok for the plate to have crumbs, in fact, I think it would have added to the shot.
3. I side-lit this with a white foam core for fill. I think it could have benefitted from a top light.
A funny thing: I didn't want to spend money on this, so I looked in my cupboards and found these pretty spring paper placements. The price tag was still on them. Twenty-six CENTS for a pack of 50. Wow. They must have been in my cupboard a long time. lol
I did buy the plate on sale for $3.50 at Tuesday Morning, but I need more dessert/salad plates anyway.
One said you can get a camel for about the equivalent of £ 50 ,wow . I wish i can squeez a camel and maybe a donkey in my suit case and pass the customs without any question .;)) lols
A shop that specialized in tomatoes. There were half litre bottles of tomato juice that cost ¥2100, which is roughly $22.50. Wow.
Chick-Fil-A on Sports Arena mailed out coupons for FREE FOOD: Chicken salad sandwich, Charbroiled Chicken Salad (with purchase of a soda), Delish milkshake. ALL FOR ONLY $1.50! WOW! I need more coupons.
That's an image of my blinding headache. Guess what it is though. I bet you'll never guess. Or maybe you will. IDK.
